I dunno if this counts but one of my old friends, that I haven't talked too in years, constantly posts rightwing religious and political shit. 2 friends of mine post random vague phrases, where only they would know what they're talking about, like "Whatever", or "well that sucked". A couple of my friends still sperg about Digimon like crazy, like they will be angry when the dub changes a name or two, as if that destroys the show.
 
There's nothing useful on Facebook. That's why I quit a few years ago.

It's all people posting shit tier articles about how I'll be "shocked when I find out...." or "10 things successfull parents..." or "the first 10 seconds of blah blah will blow you away". Also people posting parts of famous quotes in image format.

Really FB is only a vehicle for the most annoying crap I've ever seen.
 
Facebook just annoys me, I made an account out of duress in 2009 (I had never been interested in prior networking sites like MySpace) It was alright for about a year before I simply stopped caring about it.

I actually prefer the forum mchat to Facebook.
 
I stopped using Facebook for me because it's pointless.

This girl I've known since college recently got gastric bypass surgery. I mean, she was only a little bit big, not these huge, huge huge 500 pound people you see on tv who get them. :/ I can't believe her insurance approved that. She's already crying about how she misses food too.
 
My god, it's the carnival of retards. Chris types better than this guy! In addition, the blacked out portion is a phone number written for all to see on a public post.

I was agreeing with this guy, it sucks to be in the middle of nowhere, because going anywhere cost crazy money, but then he said he was a furry and I stopped reading.

The people who came up with that program need to get their asses kicked. This is why I don't watch documentaries anymore. They don't exaggerate the truth so much as just outright lie and present it as fact in order to be more "interesting" and "exciting". No. Fuck that. The things I'm interested in are already interesting enough. You don't need to lie to make it "better".

I don't have a Facebook account, but I remember years ago (when Facebook games were at or nearing their peak) the writing class I was taking had in-class computers, and this one classmate of mine was always playing Farmville. The professor would always tell her to stop playing games in class, but she never did. I'm amazed at how nice and patient she was: other professors would not have hesitated to tell her to leave and never return the second time she played Farmville in class.

I have a younger girl friend and her friends are for some reason obsessed with adding me (I have more of her friends than I do my own at this point), which is fine, you know, I don't really care who can see my pictures or whatever and if it makes them happy it makes them happy.

One of them had a birthday recently though, and I think she turned 14, and she posted a picture of her in a dress (as you do I guess), and someone commented "you are sooo beautiful <3". Still not weird, that happens, but then she posted a reply.

"Thank you daddy <3". Now, that shit is messed up right there.
 
I friended the speech teacher at the CC I went to and worked at (I never had her for a teacher) and she let a student dress in furry attire to do his speech today:
