I knew someone that worshiped Elvis Hitler during their edgelord years. He once brought a boombox with him to blast Elvis Hitler music inside the van taking him and others to an event... an event sponsored by a church's youth group.

Anything involving a random number after a random word

Even if the name comes from a fictitious band in A Clockwork Orange, Heaven 17 would be my contribution to this. To my then-young self, the name seemed random, arbitrary, and head-scratching. Additionally, the band seemed to be an over-hyped one-hit wonder who made their debut on a then-popular weekly Top 10 show only to be neither heard from nor mentioned on it again after being teased for a number of weeks leading up to their performance.

Maybe they're trying to make the point that any form of music can be appreciated by anyone, even religious folks.

My high school had a group of punk rockers that named their band Dog Phlegm. The only real reaction the name got from the rest of the student body was someone taking pity on the dog that presumably inspired the name.

I have some Japanese names for you and other random ones

• BEYOOOOONDS it's a pain to type out exactly five O's.
• Chica#tetsu putting a # right in the middle of the group name in current day and age?
• Ame no Mori Kawa Umi supposedly taken from the names of all the members, it's way too long and unstylish. Once in a while they shorten it as RFRO for the English equivalent of the words.
• Juice=Juice pronounced without the =, so why bother with it? I have been numbed to the weirdness of this name but I remember the extreme confusion when it was announced in 2013.
• ANGERME this is a mix of the French words "ange" and "larme" but it just looks like anger me.
• Morning Musume 'XX Every year they change the number. Currently it's Morning Musume '20 (pronounced two-zero). Makes cataloging a pain in the ass and most people ignore the 'XX anyway.
• ℃-ute it's hard to google this and search about it on social media, and it's hard to even type. It's just pronounced as "cute" so what's the point?
• T&C Bomber stands for Taiyou to Ciscomoon Bomber, their name was originally Taiyou to Ciscomoon. I don't know why they needed to change but any time they've come back after disbanding they don't call themselves T&C Bomber.
• AKB48 This originally meant 48 as in the amount of members but that number has swelled way higher so it's just an artifact title now.
• she it's hard to Google this name, usually he calls himself "she music."
• Idol School This is a Chinese girl group, their name is impossible to Google.
• Skeleton Metal is the name a swede uses when he does "skeleton metal" songs.
• Spongebob Vaporpants was a name almost used by vaporwave duo RUNNERS CLUB '95, thank god they didn't use it.
