11 and the black one look 40 already. The youngest one looks well over 20. Finn now looks like post motorcycle accident Bob Dylan. The toothless Brazilian is the only one who still looks his age. What kind of curse has been cast on those poor children?

Well, they were young child actors, what do you think happened to them?

A quick google search showed that Milly Bobby Brown's family had money issues before she got the role as 11. Not saying something fishy was going on, but would anyone be surprised?

I have a feeling this might be the last season, I think people's taste already changed enough from back when Season 1 was released, so I expect the view numbers won't be that good. Still surprised they're going with the same cast, I think it would be better if they started again with a new one

Stranger Things clearly had no good idea for anything past the first season. Season 2 felt much like a retread of S1 and S3 went away from "80s crossover of Steven King and Steven Spielberg" towards schlocky campy action comedy. In that regard, making a Stranger Things spin-off with new child actors going for a different, more lighthearted tone, might have been a good idea, if that's what they wanted to do with S3 anyway.

If they still try to go for a Goonies-vibe in S4 with actors legally old enough to drink, it'll be about as awkward as the late Harry Potter movies, where the cast clearly out-aged their roles. They should instead go for a timeskip where the ages of the roles matches up the roles of the actors and then maybe go for late 80s/early 90s style. Maybe vaguely tie in the storyline with the fall of the iron curtain or something, I dunno. S4 is going to run on fumes and it will be weighed down heavily by shitty SJW ideology though, so of course I am expecting S4 to be set literally a few weeks after the start of S1.
 
I still wish my fan character, a Stevie Nicks obsessed bike riding, “80s Hippie” Time Traveller, would be adapted. He’s make Misty Day eat her heart out.

His gimmick is while he rides his bike around, music is curiously playing around him even though there’s no visible boom box. Since he’s a time traveler, he has access to modern iPods and devices. He just can’t show them to the 80s people.

When he’s not biking around, he’s at karaoke bars belting in Stevie Nicks’s sheep-like voice.
