It's good that Pxie's lawyers are challenging things, but this is probably just down to lawyers being tech retarded. The main takeaway is Destiny hasn't followed some approved process of preserving evidence, but I think this will only matter if some of the logs get challenged. Destiny keeps saying "they haven't even asked us for anything!" but once they do, my guess is that Pxie's team would have to question some of the logs, or for Pxie to say she doesn't remember it happening that way. That might even be why they haven't requested anything - the longer they wait, the harder it will be for Pxie (or anyone else) to exactly remember how the conversations went.

She's making it harder for other victims to seek justice. And she's shitting all over them but asking for god-tier levels of empathy but she's blind to everyone else that may have been fucked over?

I have no idea where you're getting that impression from, I haven't seen Chaeiry do anything like that? I think she has had her consent violated, lost her only 2 real friends (JSTLK and Destiny), and doesn't like the idea of her trauma being used to compel her to do anything else humiliating. Destiny doesnt understand that typically, you can file new evidence whenever you want, unless you intentionally filed it late or it would result in significant downsides for the trial (typically if it would lead to a significantly longer trial and isnt materially very relevant). What he means is the claim, which after the trial has started has more complicated rules regarding the ability to change it without the other partys consent.

It was hilarious to see those clips of him stream make out like it's a TV thing where they have called a last minute surprise witness in a criminal trial. Probably should clarify, I do not think Hasan is dumb because of his Israel/Palestine takes, over the past two years I've actually moved from being more centrist on the matter to almost completely agreeing with him regarding his critiques of Israel.

Her read on Destiny really just seems to be out of how he acts, and how his fans (in her chat) act. As they all blindly parrot his opinions, without realizing how bad optically it is that it's perfectly fine, to break friendships because you can't stop saying nigger, and bragging about Destiny having a playlist of videos called "RAPE REVIEW".
It's honestly just the same behaviour that they always do to girls that they raid/start grooming into becoming an orbiter, it just seems like this girl is smarter/more normal so they don't realize how they come across.

Went back through my logs, and I did manage to find the moment when I said I would be interested in doxxing Chaeiry, to my surprise, I actually posted a clip of at least one of the moments during those days which triggered me.

The clip isn't too relevant it's just them joking about some of the messages in the leaks, and talking about Destiny sucking dick (as I believe Shane Gillis mentions it), however, finding the message and watching the clip made me remember how I was feeling at the moment, and why I said what I said.
As I said before, it was definitely before the idea that the videos were without consent was popularized/known, however, what I remembered is that at the time she was making a lot of jokes around the matter, regarding the butt plugs, the videos of Destiny sucking dick, among other things, to try to defend him from the humiliation of the leaks.

I wouldn't hold it against her, to try to make light about the situation, because, remember, no one in that call at the time (Ahrelevant/Chaeiry/jstlk/Kuihman) knew that all of the leaks were videos that he was sharing without consent.
And I wouldn't put too much weight to my recollection of her having voiced indifference to the women's videos being leaked, as I might be conflating either two different situations, or the statements of some other orbiter with hers, however, I do remember her making light of the situation multiple times. And I do ultimately agree with my assessment that she doesn't show as much empathy to other people as she sometimes asks for.
