If I'm not mistaken, Chaeiry's original reaction to the girl's videos being leaked, when it was still not confirmed that Destiny shared them without consent, that she was on Destiny's side and was indifferent to the girls' suffering of their stuff getting leaked.
For some reason the thought, or a sentence, something a long the lines of "if they didn't want it to get leaked they shouldn't have let themselves be recorded" keeps coming on my mind, so she must have shown some sort of negatively toned indifference.

Don’t know what exactly he said but I can’t say I know any situation where you could use them interchangeably besides saying it’s a file on a computer with text in it. JSON holds values and HTML is used to populate web pages. It would make more sense if he was interchanging like ini files with json but again i haven’t seen the clip so maybe it doesn’t come off as quite so uninformed in context.

The distinction is a bit of a blunder by pxie's legal team tbh.
Neither json nor html are acceptable formats, as both are human readable (ie. tamperable). A encrypted format is really the only way to have the mwssages and even then it could still be tampered with by deleting specific messages to get the best narrative and then exporting.
There is really no going around the fact that they need the data from discord and not destiny.
