I don't think so. Referring to her as Jane Doe is just to shield her legal name. Her legal team's filing refers to her as Pxie.

She was certainly aiming high with that $15 million (plus legal fees). As insane as that sounds, it's pretty common in lawsuits for punitive damages like this.

You typically start with a ridiculously high number and then negotiate down to something more reasonable. For instance, if you're aiming to get a million dollars, you might start with a demand of $10 or $15 million.

One thing I don't understand about Destiny is that he said he couldn't talk because of legal reasons. But now that we know there's actually going to be a court case, he definitely shouldn't be talking now.

Every single chat log he's typed over the last few weeks is going to be shown to her lawyers, who will use it to further their narrative. The fact that he's calling it an extortion scheme will only support Pixie's case.

If this goes in front of a jury, he's going to come across as a Machiavellian villain. My guess is he'll do whatever he can to settle this before discovery.

Once they subpoena his Discord account, it's over for him. It will be the nail in the coffin and will open up a ton of evidence for other victims to come forward and sue.
