Plaintiff can request a gag-order, which can be done when the defendant is shown to be capable of influencing the jury pool or other causing other disruptions to the case. She could also request a voir dire process which applies extra protections to jury selection, given the publicity of this case both of these options are possible.

He may attempt to make it seem like there was "implied consent" to share these types of materials with each other. He is alleging that Pxie sent him videos of her with other men, and that those men didn't have Pxie's consent to send those, therefore what he did was benign and harmless. He's alleging Pxie did the same thing as him, and that should morally cancel it out.

Tiny is streaming right now talking about the case, if anyone wants to clip, I'm going to have to go back and 2x it from the beginning.
