I wish someone would make an imageboard that was basically /qa/ 2.0. Not in the sharty way, not some sharty splinter, just a regular imageboard with a bunch of hobby boards and all that shit. It would also happen to have /qa/. Come up with a cool name. Don't call it 67chan or some gay shit, come up with a creative name.
Just throw up a modified Vichan or JSchan, or hell, make a custom engine. Have a competent sysop running it too. Not one who talks in sharty lingo, not some total rightoid sperg, not a tryhard retard, and not someone constantly forcing memes. Just make a generic imageboard and let things happen.
Make the site's /qa/ basically /b/ without porn. That's it. No grand vision, no trying to steer the culture, no trying to manufacture a community. Just give people a place to shitpost without the 300 second captcha and see what sticks. And don't abandon the site and let it rot. Constantly engage with your userbase, pushing new updates n' shieet.
Then shill it everywhere. Every 4chan board, Xitter, the shitty, iFunny, wherever. Get a massive culture mosh pit going. ARYANime, 'jaks, frogs, oldfags, newfags, random tourists, just everything and everyone arguing like le old kway.
And then leave it alone. Let memes happen naturally instead of trying to force them. Let posters decide what the culture is. Just let people post, and let the place develop its own identity.
