South Park + Its Political Sperging (?) Thread - Season 26 ongoing!

Pretty much all South Park websites, subreddit, or wikis are censoring this as well.
Maybe M&T will then hope a lawsuit will finally descend upon Paramount.
I doubt it. They showed their position on this issue when they censored the muslim episodes. Their own words would doom them. They are hoping that they can control the media narrative enough to ride this out. And pretend like it was just a coincidence that they feature a guy who gets shot to death in public. And just hope that the shooter is some wacko who can't be proven as a South Park fan.

If they lose their Paramount deal they are done. Massive debts on the books still. The HBO/Warner lawsuit. They don't really want a lawsuit. It's just another public facing lie from Stone and Parker. They really want a safe billion dollars every four or five years for minimal work. Not a mega court battle that might embarrass them and cost them a fortune.

Betty (Trey's daughter) Instagram account condemned the shooting. Wonder if they'll actually call out the left now.

So if the person is caught and they said they were inspired byt the episode what are the chances the show is cancelled? Would Matt and Trey face indirect charges for murder?
i dunno, what were the odds that beavis and butthead got cancelled after that one kid burnt down his trailer, killing his baby sister?

That episode got banned, the show got yanked from the late daytime schedule and started airing at 11PM instead, reruns were pulled so that MTV (not Judge) could went back and not only censored the previous episode but DESTROYED the original masters so the only way to watch the uncut episodes is through grainy tenth gen tv recordings, which Mike Judge had to endure though in his defense, he never said half the shit that Trey and Matt did and said.

Trey and Matt would be lucky if the first three episodes of this season get perma banned/wiped off the net and unpersoned and the season suspended until Trey and Matt public bend the knee to Trump and do something like donate a huge chunk of their new contract to provide for Kirk's family as penance, then have to start churning out corporate approved episodes so neutered and watered down, that they make Barney look like The Shield.

Not that I find it the reason, but assuming that it is, that episode of Charlie Kirk gets memory-holed permanently. If Muhammed episodes and the Super Best Friends get censored because of Comedy Central fears of terrorism, so will this. They wouldn't get charged because the link for conspiracy is too weak; it's a one-way communication of satire using public-ish airwaves. Civil court, I'm not as sure, but South Park Studios have the First Amendment to create satire and the family would have a hard time proving it's not satire, other than how shit it is.

And the family can pick better targets like Destiny or Vaush or some other Lefty scumbag whom were not creating satire when they say to kill the Right.

No. Trey and Matt will double down. If not justify Charlie Kirk being shot. South Park advocated for violence to happen to George Zimmerman. These kikes deserve zero sympathy.

I can even see Trey and Matt doubling down further by somehow shoehorning Haru Urara (the IRL horse)'s death with Charlie Kirk in a "DOUBLE KILL!" fashion in a later episode, to piss off the Umamusume fans and fans of the IRL horse too.

It should be noted that it was a fabricated story by the mother, which of course the Media was more then delighted to believe it and frame B&B regardless.
In 2008, Messner (who was 20 years old at the time) came forward with his side of the controversy "I literally NEVER saw the cartoon. How could I? It was 1993, my Mom was a drug addict. We couldn't afford cable!"

And he's dead......

How fucked are Trey and Matt now? At the very least the show needs to be pulled off the air and the last three episodes ban hammered.
they'll get away with it, remember right wingers are spineless, especially modern ones. Matt and Trey's resturant should have been given the Comet Ping Pong treatment where people are calling and making fake orders and appointments to the point it fucks everything up. Hell they're lucky no one is interviewing any of the whores in their area about their antics.

If i was some Ip2 streamer i'd be showing up right outside their studio hoping to ask them some questions, or maybe their house or maybe their restaurant. just simple questions, but it sends a message.

Speaking of right wingers, if i was Larry Ellison i'd post a company wide email about the tragic murder of charlie kirk, mentioning how he interviewed Gavin Newsom and Gavin's own son being a fan of his rather moderate politics, and also mention south park's "parody" in passing, and mention how tragic it was that someone with a rifle was able to shoot and kill a man leaving their kids fatherless, and put that passage just a bit too close to the names of Matt and Trey, Larry could even relate it back to his own upbringing and how people usually got their ass kicked for gloating about people's father's dying, like his own who died in ww2 fighting literal fascists. Larry could end the company wide email with a message about how the entertainment industry is very quickly dying and next year's union fights means the company is planning on firing a lot of people, and how much money they can save getting rid of a lot of expensive names. But the letter should be one of hope, about him stating that unlike their last boss who was so pissed about the rhetoric coming from her own writers and news channels like 60 minutes that she considered the entire enterprise unsalvageable, he's willing to try and save the company from itself.

But in all honesty Trey and Matt are going to get away with this, the way they've fucked over multiple huge networks the last 6 years is a much bigger deal than this murder in terms of how bad it should have fucked their reputations, also for all we know this is all it will take for Trey and Matt to start going after the left again. we all know their bizarre love of the mormons and between that and this guy's murder in the middle of fucking utah over speech that is way less inflamatory than anything Matt or Trey has said, it might be the swift kick in the ass they needed to right the ship.

I remember being 12 years old, all my views were just a reflection of my parents, if she's openly posting "You sick fucks! please pray for charlie and his family" her parents must be exploding in anger, especially for it happening on a Wednesday during the rather small work season her dad has now.
