Nah she's definitely coffee coloured. She's certainly at least a little bit browner than the honkies. The son (who I shall dub Mohammed as it's more than likely that would be his name!) too.
As for what she's looking at? Maybe she's pointing towards Mecca and praying for some actual character development rather than just being a shill.

I went to a private high school and they actually did do a Christian haunted house every year. They did skits of school shootings/suicides, car cash with the non-Christians being dragged to hell, bloody miscarriges and abortions...
Looking back, I realize just how fucked up it all was. Scared the shit out of kids too.

Most of the Muslims I've known have been pretty secular, with girls not even wearing the hijab (but still dressing modestly). Not every Muslim community has Taliban-level intolerance.
It'd be like judging all Christians by those nutjobs that speak in tongues.

Adults who used these drugs suffer from the side effects even years after they stopping them. The gnrh antagonists (for example Lupron, Goserelin,...) as these drugs are called have the same side effects like brain fog, bone pain, hot flushes, depression and bone thinning. Not every adult (these side effects are only researched in adults) has to deal with the same effects. But imagine what these things do to children who have to take these drugs much longer than adults.
And since the author of this comic wrote about Lupron: Here is what people and relatives of people who had to use it as children say:

Would you even be able to tell she wasn't just some average whitey without it? I mean what's the author supposed to do? Draw people who aren't white or a quarter of a shade darker?
That and tumblr seems to think all Muslim women wear hijabs at all times. It's like Mexicans and sombreros It's not racist!

If homophobic Muslims showed up in the comic, Stephie would defeat them by spouting reams upon reams of unnaturally jargon-filled dialogue, there'd be some crap excuse for a punchline and the comic would end before we got to hear the replies of Stephie's antagonists, because its wisdom is so great that opponents are instantly silenced forever.

Anyway, I was wondering what type of name "Feyrouz" is and now I have my answer. Like others have said, AM is trying too hard with the kid's mother dating a muslim woman. If the cast was likable and interesting, that would one thing, but since the main protagonist is an insufferable know nothing know it all piece of shit and the rest of the cast is just...bland, randomly adding a muslim woman as a love interest for Steph's mother to date doesn't really contribute anything meaningful or interesting to this tumblr trans or GTFO propaganda comic.
