It's like I said the design is way too specific to work with a different style. The reason why his 3D design in the games works is because it's heavily stylized and cartoony trying to make it look real is a really bad idea.

That's exactly what I said and people are congratulating these creators going "we did it guys"....but what exactly did the internet do. People outcry all the time why is it now congratulatory when the victory doesn't even feel like anyone won anything. Anyone with working eyes could have told you the concept of a realistic looking Sonic was a dumbass idea in the first place.
