One thing I find interesting in this cow is that she lives in Europe, which means that she'll have to walk to a lot of places, because car ownership is so much more expensive, finding parking is much more difficult, so it's simply easier - especially in cities - to just walk. If Sofie lived in the US, I'd bet she'd be Anna's size by now. To get to Sofie's size in Europe, it typically means that you self-enable your sugar addiction by ordering foods to be delivered to your own house or that you have someone that enables you by picking the stuff up from a store. If you'd walk to the store yourself you'd spend too much time (away from eating) on that trip and you'd lose too many precious calories, particularly considering that there are barely any mobility scooters in any store in Europe. I know that she lives in the UK, which is slightly less walking and public transportation friendly than e.g. France, Germany, the Benelux or the Nordic countries, but her size for a European lady is still pretty remarkable to behold.
I also find it funny how this cow, but also most other cows, put such a large emphasis on their mental health, saying that they can only maintain it by eating and that not eating would make their lives boring. They seem to have no grasp of the concept of alternative costs, costs that one occurs continuing their current behavior. As an example, I'm almost certain that Sofie will, unfortunately, never experience real love from a man who isn't an abusive feeder, and neither will she ever have a child if she can even be fertile at such high BMI (every point of BMI above 30 decreases a woman's fertility by 5%). These are not "small things", but rather significant life experiences she'll forgo by continuing to be a "ko" as the Danes would say.
