I completely agree with Sam on hitting your kids. If you aren't able to deescalate or punish your child without physically harming them you're a moron. All you're doing is A) teaching your child that violence is how you solve problems (basically the worst thing you could possibly teach them) and B) creating life long resentment in them.

He seems like a weird dickhead and I could never tell if he just fell too into a character. That being said, his position on comedy seems word for word something Sam has said, even about comedians and social issues - just with Seth Meyers instead of Joe Rogan. Or even Rogan from a different angle.

I worked at a place and this dude on his first day told one of my coworkers that "the cain needs to be brought back" I called him out on it and told him that beating your kids is awful from that day on would constantly talk shit about me behind my back and try to get me in trouble with hr and the manager.
There are actual adults that get off on the fact they beat their kids and will brag about it. its the most disgusting shit you'll ever hear

Yes, this is another aspect of it I don't see discussed enough. Some of the guys who do it almost seem to get off on beating their kids which is really disturbing and sick. They think it's some macho shit.
