It's both scary and funny that people actually took Sam Kike's televangelist grift seriously. I'm willing to bet that oven dodger never opened the Bible in his life. As for his 4chan attitude of hating le popular thing he's just growing old and insecure of the fact that his legacy is going to be exploiting the mentally ill
I like Sam, but this is very hard to take seriously and he sounds like a retarded Muslim going at people on the internet when he gets aggressive about it. I hope Sam does take his faith seriously and does temper that aspect of himself but I don't think he will. Cynically, I think this is part of a strategy to hold onto a different part of his audience time moves on, see the endless Fuentesguarding.

WP2 has a graphic self-fellatio scene that i am pretty sure is too much even for most movies, and that one doesn't have the "its actually jet neptune's show!" excuse

Don't forget they also in late season 2 brought in a bunch of chickens into the house which was filled to the brim with cigarette smoke, speakers blaring all hours of the night and people screaming and accidentally stepping on them. Then after that they just dumped them and an animal sanctuary had to pick them up. So not only taking advantage of the mentally retarded like Fatty but animals too.

I was looking for the original New Pill channel and it just got taken down, not sure if it was Youtube or something else. I was able to catch it right away because I was watching the video yesterday and today the entire channel was removed

His Trad Christian Larp is his bit. Tricking retards on the internet into thinking Sam Hyde goes to church, prays and reads the bible.

Quick question as someone who knows nothing about Sam and hasn't really followed him other than a couple episodes of World Peace and the Ted Talk: when and where has he done the Christian larp stuff everyone is talking about?

PGL and a few of his streams when he was doing that. Also on the same Hyde show. Here is a comp. He isn't super preachy about it I think most peoples issue with it is that Sam's life is about as far from Christian as you can get. Like when an unmarried dude who torments retarded people for money is talking about Christ is is a bit jarring.
Local archive because Youtube isn't trustworthy in the slightest.

I watched that fourteen minute compilation and I don't understand what you're talking about, respectfully. Sam didn't claim to be a Christian once and he didn't even espouse any Christian ideology. He asked his guests (Stein and Fuentes) if they were religious. Nick Rochefort talked about how he swore he saw an angel one time. Sam spent a good portion of the video making fun of atheists, particularly of the reddit variety which is a completely valid criticism that is on-brand with every era of MDE. To be fair, this is only a compilation so maybe there's more stuff you just don't remember. Obviously I understand that none of this matters but I was just asking out of curiosity.

You saying "he isn't super preachy about it" goes against the narrative of this thread by the way. The whole discussion is that he is preachy about it.

You're better off discussing this with someone who is more emotionally invested in the topic. I would hardly even consider myself religious to begin with (I am pro Christ and pro Christs teachings tho) and if Sam wants to talk about Christ during his videos it doesn't bother me whatsoever. My interest in it basically begins and ends with it being kind of funny that Sam is talking about Christianity and Christian teachings when the guy does quite a lot of very nasty shit. I just think of the very much abusive shit that went on in season 1 and 2 of fishtank and how not Christian it was.

I notice Sam gets really pissy about religion in each of these, the inventor and this guy, and I think it’s because it’s his shakiest and most illogical belief. Not because of science or whatever, but because he himself is probably one of the least Christian individuals I’ve ever witnessed. There is absolutely nothing holy or devout about bringing a homeless guy on to mock him and his life choices for entertainment (let’s be real, he’s not trying to help people, maybe at best as a warning to others.) Sam is probably one of the last people I can imagine getting on his knees and asking for forgiveness for anything. He sees the trend of younger, healthier people getting into Christianity, which itself is definitely a good thing, but he himself is like a woman who puts Jesus in her bio after 20 years of whoring as she snoops around for a spouse at church.

Also his insults toward classical music surprised me. I thought this guy was all about art and proud beautiful Huwhite culture. Shitting on genuinely cerebral music when stuff like sexxy red exists is just pathetic. This guy might be a homeless failure but he’s got balls for saying to Sam’s face that he’s full of shit.
Sam is shielded by his early, lucky investment in Bitcoin and his ego is directly tied to his networth. He said on some video not that long ago that he doesn't understand how people can say things they don't believe and that he could never, but he does it all the time. He projects all his insecurities and fears out into the world. He's not the enigma that many people thought he was. You nailed it. He is simply a grifter. That "stream marathon" he did to basically threaten his fanbase with not making shitty content anymore and then being met with a little over 100 subs must have been humbling, but for a narcissist like Sam, probably not. MDE has lost its edge, people get older, it's all kind of waning at this point.

at 6:06 he says, "Before I was a believer..." but doesn't say in what, other than the contextual inference the listener can make, since the topic was Sam Harris.
