Call me optimistic, but Ian is so petty that I can see him taking the bait and releasing the footage. That whole fiasco with his whore girlfriend shows that he's lost his touch and is willing to respond to things that he would've been better off not responding to like he would do in the past. Much like he had to "show the incels" that he was 100% on board with the girlfriend's OnlyFans, he'll probably feel the need to "show those MAGA chuds" the DA TRUTH about Sam Hyde and how problematic he is, while embarrassing himself in the process.

im sure you all think im some idubbbz white knighting alawg but frankly i don't give a shit about that irrelevant leech. i am in fact a long time fan of mde and sam's recent direction has been incredibly annoying. ive enjoyed some of his new content but it doesn't even compare to the good old days... sam's retarded bpd behavior has alienated nearly every talented artist & editor who made mde great and replaced them with drug-abusing criminals and femboy wiggers. this documentary gives me hope for future sam material but knowing that we'll never see him work with charls, trappped, zach waltman, or any the talented guys who worked on ideas man, all because sam is a toxic person who poisons every interpersonal relationship he touches. ive always hoped he would truly improve himself someday but we all know he's way past the point at which someone can change for the better.

What I've witnessed through the Ian cuck saga is, he really hasn't "lost touch" with his old fans in his mind. You can see in the Hyde video, there's a part of him that wants to return to form, he's uncomfortable because he's confronted with a humor that comes natural to him and he's trying to suppress it. Problem is a lot of the people around him decided to take their online careers more serious, whether it be Frank, Ethan, or even Max and A4V. Those guys reformatted and were successful to an extent, and Ian really saw that as a necessity to remain relevant. At one point this was for fun, this was something he enjoyed doing, now it's a job, and his eventual ex-wife really influenced that.

Ian will eventually fall off entirely if he keeps trying to re-invent the wheel using other peoples' advice. He still has an inner connection to his roots, and the mentality that made him popular in the first place. He's just never been a leader. That's reason he's in the position he's in, he never took the lead, and began to let others mold his content.

So with that view, I'll stand by my prediction he'll do his best to remain radio silent on this outside of podcast interviews. If I'm wrong, I'll be incredibly happy.

I think at this point the conversation has been pretty much settled, the dates in relation to sam meeting with that fan point towards them being 18, not 17. Not to mention there's never really been any evidence outside of some really sketchy screenshots, and the false claims the victim went to the police and was 15. Sam's always been seen as a sex pest (at least in my mind) and the only people who take him seriously as some Trad-father-figure are the same incapable morons that probably saw Jack Murphy the same way and actually used their hard earned money to join what essentially amounts to a discord chat.

My favorite part of the whole documentary was when they were doing the interview and Idubbz finally broke and asked Sam to be serious. Way to take the L.

I do enjoy Sam’s humor occasionally.

I think idubbz was sent as gayops by those disgusting dual-citizen husband and wife team in order to move on Sam because Sam’s fan base tends to move in political spectrums that are not easily swayed by conventional methods, and who have easily amplified messages that virally move to mainstream.

Idubbz has no idea why he’s there other than to play cuck cleanup, and watch Sam split his wife’s gash open with that big ol’ 5.5”er. That will be in the idubbz release. Sam is too much of a gentleman to release that (or phone died)

Yeah, it's pretty wild to think if this crossover occurred in 2015/6, I would be extremely hyped, throw in Filthy Frank and I woulda shit my pants, but those days are gone and those people are gone. Seeing this today, it's pretty much exactly what I expected. Idub being a cuck snake trying to take down someone who clearly inspired him for not selling out. Idub and H3H3 literally became what they used to clown on and it's pretty pathetic. That's what getting rich, and moving to LA does to you, I guess. Not to mention the hyper-political environment and media gaslighting that shattered so many people's grip on reality over the past half decade. They haven't been immune to that, either.

I can agree with this entirely and that was my point. Really didn't even want to talk about it but there are several people who were intent on derailing the topic away from the documentary repeatedly with this discussion. But yeah I agree. It's predatory and grooming but the accusations that it makes him Epstein or fucking 'children' is stupid and it severely trivializes much more insidious shit like systematic exploitation and trafficking of actual children. It's really frustrating for this to get construed as being secretly a pedophile for just recognizing that there's a scale of how predators operate and what motivates them. The reason I brought up TCAP is because I personally am interested in true crime and criminal psychology and yes based on what I've seen throughout my years being interested in the topic, the profile of who goes after certain age groups varies obviously. This even extends beyond the age of consent, it sounds like even if Sam doesn't habitually go after underage girls he's mentioned treating adult women in a pretty terrible and manipulative ways too, so I imagine he's probably opportunistic about how he has relationships with women.

I find some of his brand of comedy funny, I think he does well in recapturing some of the Aqua Teen style of absurdist satire, but I definitely wouldn't take life or relationship advice from him. That schtick is obviously a grift and yeah anyone unironically following that advice closely is probably pretty retarded. You're right that Sam is morally about on level with someone like Ralph I'm sure, he just seems to have a higher degree of either intelligence or street smarts that lets him produce better content.

The drama Ethan peddles, is the exact type of content he and Ian used to harp on as useless trash. He doesn’t exert effort to create content anymore, just a hot and spicy take with some fat sow and he’s got everyone’s attention.

iDubbbz identity crisis ends when he breaks off ties to the sell-outs. The fact Ethan hasn’t condemned him for even associating with Sam shows he probably had some involvement with the idea of Ian punking the guy.

If I'd had a camera pointed at me by somebody who I had an adversarial relationship with while learning to drive stick, I'd probably be a bit unnerved. I actually thought he did pretty well, considering the circumstances. If he'd bitched out entirely that would be one thing but being afraid and following through regardless is admirable.
