It's a privately funded inquiry by Lowe and his guys, in response to the government backed one which is yet to release but is anticipated to be a whitewash in regards to brown rapists. Only real difference is that it's not beholden to gov policy and can't compel testimony, since "reports" in general are just glorified press releases anyway, the only power they have is to make "recommendations" and make waves. What stands out about this one, alongside how professional and well done it is (have a look at the posts about in the Lowe thread it's been squeaky clean) is how very on the nose it is, I had to do a few double takes whilst going over the "why m*slims are bad" section because I was getting flashbacks to /his/ religion sperging.

Skip the testimonies unless you're hyping up for ultraviolence, go straight to the summaries that's where the gold is.
Look at all those names and sources, there is no way to spin this, just the other day a national newspaper libelled Lowe as neonazi, now his report is the face of the crusade against rapey pakis.

I read the witness testimony from Chloe and I'm at a loss for words for what I feel right now.

Everyone involved - and I do not just mean the disgusting men who raped and tortured her at several points throughout her childhood - should face the death penalty over this. I cannot fathom, as a grown man with a conscience, how a law enforcement officer could listen to a twelve-year-old describing how she was being forced to have sex with men in cars and do nothing about it. Every layer of British society failed Chloe. This poor girl has had her entire life stripped away from her and will never be okay. Statistically she's at least four-five times as likely to kill herself with some studies estimating victims of prolonged and routine child abuse are up to thirteen times as likely to kill themselves.

I'm spoilering this part because the lack of care law enforcement and social services gave Chloe was so appalling that I don't feel like I should be ruining everyone else's day like mine was ruined:
