Its Scott Richart. He's asking for an order to pay the funds to the court administratior so his office can wash his hands of the matter. That's what the motion to quash garnishment is about also, he seems legetimately worried that he's going to get sued by the estate - which he confirmed has not been opened yet.
Erin garnishing his trust account is a bitch move (the accounting on it has to be exacting because it's not your money, and if there is ever an overdraft it gets automatically reported to the bar so they can come audit it and fuck your whole life up for months to years) every motion Richard has filed has asked in the alternative for just a direct order from the judge to cover his ass. If Erin was smart she'd just join in the motion to force Kenny to sign one.

It's a bitch move but I imagine there's a lot of animosity between the parties. Richard, before he bitched out and became an hero, did a lot of vindictive fucking around and it appears the animosity has transferred to the respective lawyers.
Richart is in the unenviable position where he obviously wants to be paid and is legally entitled to be paid, but now as a creditor to the estate, his interests are adverse. He can't really safely just pay himself, even if he had the authority to do so.

All that old hag is going to end up with is income that she’s going to have to deal with on her taxes.

That bitch's war cry is entirely, 'you killed my baby and deserve NOTHING.' The day Lowtax killed himself, her first move was to message Ashley that his suicide was all Ashley's fault. When people put together a gofundme for the daughters, she tried tanking it. Lowtax was trained and supported in solipsism by his mother. If there is any way she can come between the estate and the exes / children, she will.

Lowtax still producing cow content even in his death is definitely some sort of satisfying to me, tbh.
And not the kind of regurgitated suicide jokes/massacre jokes made from other prominent happenings online. Its genuinely an ongoing story.
I think its extra ironic that he can't even rest in peace. He thought he could get off the ride but his corpse is strapped in for the foreseeable future.

There have been no updates to the docket since January 20. There are no upcoming dates for anything on CASE.net. There was some speculation that there would be a fight over who got what, due to the question of whether the divorce was enforceable prior to Richard's death. The docket has not shown anything of that sort.
Meanwhile, there has been a development with one of the parties who was involved to some degree with the divorce and proceedings relating to it. Carol Kyanka, Lowtax's mother, has died. Would a lawyer consider this divorce matter to be closed?
