IIRC Lowtax's executor can contest the distribution of assets in the divorce if they want. Any money owed comes from the estate.
I'm not sure what happens with the child support.

I assume she can get money from the estate since it's owed as the result of a court judgment. Not sure about the ongoing child support, but the initial judgment sure.

Null, if you still intend to order the documents that's probably the judgment will be the last interesting thing. His lawyer might file a suggestion of death in a few days, but I doubt it will have anything particularly interesting.
I'm not sure if they will give you the parenting plan for all the lulzy child custody restrictions, but they should give you the judgment that shows how fucked he was gonna be financially.
I'll have to sit down with a sheat of paper to get the numbers perfect, but there are two different types of spousal mantiance and he got his with both, for a total of $6,500 a month, plus $350 in child support, the mantiance goes for like 2.5yrs, and it's on top of the $92k lump sum. He also had to pay her lawyers fees @$25k and all the outstanding guardian stuff.
SA sold for more than we thought, I believe it was $450,000 and the judge said he has squandered about $400,000 in marital funds during the time the divorce was going on.
It also said that maple wife moved out because he unilaterally anouced he was going to move Logan in.

How much legal recourse does Momtax have to prevent the asset distribution now that she's most likely in charge of the estate? I'm thinking that, based on her past/current behavior, that she's going to spitefully draw this out as long as possible to ensure that the estate is drained by legal fees just to prevent her granddaughter from seeing a single red cent.

I don't think its that clear-cut, if he has no will, it probably goes to the courts first. I am not clear on estate law in MO, however.
I do foresee a multi-year dispute for Lowtax's stockpile of meat sticks, pies, and that Aeron chair. This is even when there is a will/estate, which I've had to go through.

Momtax is a lawyer, so she can pay herself reasonable legal fees to keep it drawn out if she wants. I have no idea what her relationship to granddaughters is, but Ashlii implied it wasn't great. Lowtax implied she was sort of ovebearing.
OTOH Ashlii let Lowtax rawdog her and is still in love with him or at least some idea of him (or she wouldn't simp for his legacy) and Lowtax was Lowtax, a pillhead manchild. So for all we know she's Mother/Grandmother of the year.
Momtax, if Lowtax can be believed, has weird rare leukemia. There are also no other children.
This is like some King Leer shit where your only progeny somehow shoots the moon to turn their weird autistic hobby into a money printer, fucks it up, and then can't even wait for the blood cancer to kill you before fucking it all up as you watch it all burn down before they put a bullet in their head leaving you alone with no legacy except children raised by his psychotic exes who hate you.
