I investigated more about single player tabletop games. Not only card solitaire, I mean games for a group of people that allow a single player too. Right now I found one called Magnific Maze where you have a bunch of towers of different heights with passages or loops or just holes and you have to guide the marble to a certain finish block.

There's also solo ttrpgs, which I recently discovered. A lot of them are free to print too, people generally publish them to itch.io.

Look up games with french or italian decks. There's heaps of them.

Picking up a craft is good. Macramé and friendship bracelets (not the stupid "put a bunch of beads on a bit of fishing line like a swiftie" shit, actual knots and complex patterns I mean) are a very relaxing passtime and you have the added bonus of ending up with a pretty and colorful thing you can either hang on your wall or wear yourself or give to someone else. Good websites for patterns are either friendship-bracelets dot com or braceletbook. For learning the basics you can look up Masha Knots on youtube, her beginner tutorials are very good and she's not an annoying Haiiii GuisE!!! type threater kid girls like a lot of the other bracelet channels.
