Wouldn't hoarding in the rental put them in a bad light with the insurance?
One thing that I noticed on that Google Maps view was the number of fallen trees in the woods near that pond. Is that normal for Virginia? Was there a major storm before the picture was taken?
Sandy was in late October 2012, but regardless, they were hit by a hurricane in what, summer of 2012, 2013? The trees could have been from then or even earlier and not necessarily Sandy.Didn't Sandy happen about now last year?
How dare the Insurance ever condensate against them for just wanting to live their Lives in Peace!!! Chris' is an emotional zombie after his heart-steel flattening pain and torture of the Last Year and Many Other Years before and such; the firefighters also are trolling stupid, taking the Dali! If it wasn't for that Damned ED page and for Cole Smithey getting the Married, then none of this would have happened! The Insurance can FAIL AT LIFE!!!!!!Wouldn't hoarding in the rental put them in a bad light with the insurance?
Don't we all.I love Hitler.
If someone else were in Chris' situation they wouldn't have tried to operate a Keurig in the bathroom.Yknow, if someone else were in Chris's situation, and they got an opportunity like this, theyd probably decide to shape up their lives
I'm really really hoping that any damages they cause to the property is their responsibility and not the insurance company's liability. We know, from Chris himself, that the dogs are not housetrained, neither are the cats. That means there's cat/dog feces everywhere and piss papers stuck to the floor. Any white carpets are already stained with food and/or pet mess. I'm sure there's garbage around since Barb doesn't want to get rid of things that might be important, like napkins or the receipt, and Chris doesn't want to do the manual labor of lifting the ten ton garbage outside. Yes, it's better than 14BLC, but it's already on its way back there. At least their environment is much cleaner than it used to be.
Granted, they still wont walk those dogs or make an effort to house train them, or really clean up the trash they'll spread.
But a biohazard like 14BLC was about 25 year in the making, and I doubt Barb has that much time left. Then again maybe it wasn't 25 years in the making. It looked relatively clean prior to 2002 or so. I wonder what happened?

Not to turn this into a thread about the Chandler pets, but if I'm not mistaken the dogs are in a boarding kennel. The cats I think simply fled.
It's been speculated that something happened to Barb's sanity after she retired. I imagine she's always had some mental issues (the spaghetti incident) but they've become more pronounced as she's aged and have nothing to do since retiring. At least their environment is much cleaner than it used to be.
