Rental House Pics 28 April 2014

Yea money changes people, but at the very least the rental house doesn't look too bad, the lawn needs cut though its kinda looking shaggy.

I think the Chandlers only have enough energy between them to neglect the property, rather than trash up the outside of it like 14BC. They'll never mow, and probably never wash their vehicles. So apart from the odd outside garbage from the old house, I don't think they'll get up to much.

More precisely, it's almost certainly the small house in the center with the three cars in front of it.

If we compare the front view of the house with the aerial view from Google, we see immediately that it is very likely the same building:

• There are two gables with upper floor windows in them.
• The path in front of the house turns leftwards (if you walk away from the house).
• There seems to be a lot of stuff on the grass next to the path in the Google view.

So we can conclude safely that this is the house. The coordinate data on that one photo also point to this place.

Yup, that's it. Now we can all wait for to send hookers and pizza to his new address.

I'd like to remind everyone that Google Maps hasn't been updated for Ruckersville in the past four months. That clutter outside the rental house doesn't belong to the Chandlers.

Way out in the woods down a long side road (or an extra-long driveway). I wonder if they requested that or if it happened to be some sort of troll-proof bonus. There's only so many times people could do the old "oops-lol-missed-my-turn-let-me-turn-around-at-the-next-driveway" trick.

Also, they're near quite a pretty lake! Chris is going to have such fun taking long walks around it, coming up with new creative ideas as he walks the dogs or maybe just enjoying being alone with his thoughts...

I also don't recognize the cars. Anyone have references to the Chandler's cars (old and new) to reference?? I'm not saying I don't believe this is the house, the address that was leaked and this house match up on google map; I'm just saying, for the non-believers, this information would be very nice to have.

The satellite image is a year old. Those aren't Chandler Cars.

Also I can't say I'm surprised to hear the interior is already a mess. I suppose I had hoped it was take a little longer (and that the hoard would be more burnt up), but I guess really it went to crap the moment they started to lug their (mostly Barb's) crap into the house.

Yknow, if someone else were in Chris's situation, and they got an opportunity like this, theyd probably decide to shape up their lives, maybe get a job, and help their mother with her insane hoarding. But this is Chris, and he has a variation of the "if it ain't broke don't fix it mentality" called the "if it's broke but you can kinda sorta put up with it and you can get pity from it, then sit on your ass and play PS3" mentality.
