How much are you looking to spend? Tatung is great if you've got a big family, Toshiba or Zoujirushi if you like your rice overcooked, Cuisinart if you want something made in the US, whatever cheap Chinese shit you can find at your local grocer if you just want something cheap.

I use my crockpot brand instapot. It works great for rice and you can do a ton of other stuff with it.

I just have the cheap Aroma one from Walmart. Comes in a pinch for meal prepping. All you have to worry about is washing rice (or dont, I really do not care), adding the rice and water/liquid of your choice, plugging it in, and flipping the switch to COOK. As others have said, easy to clean too.

what is this washing the rice meme shit

is it real what does it do?

i have never washed a grain of rice in my life, am i going to die
it's thorough rinsing, there's no soap involved
I do it like this

measure out the water and rice in the cooker's pot, make a note of the water line
add a shitload of salt
dump in water about 3/4 of the way up, swish it around, dump the water, repeat until it's not as dusty
put water back up to where the line was
