Cluster B personality disorders, such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), are a common topic of discussion on this forum, especially since many lolcows have them or claim to have them. So here is a thread to discuss these disorders.

Narcissism is a much bigger problem with trannies. They have a very strong inflated sense of self-worth and they impose that on other people. They don't have to conform to society, society has to conform to them! Pronouns are about stroking their ego, and using the wrong pronouns is an insult to their ego. This can look like BPD because they can flip from being placated to being insulted, but I don't think it's the same thing. That's not to say there aren't BPD trannies or that BPD can't co-exist with narcissism, but they are distinct things.

Take for instance the activist Olivia Maurel, who speaks out against surrogacy. She talks about how it affected her and why surrogacy is a net negative for society. which, if you consider how many gay couples use womens' bodies as incubators for their designer babies (it's fucking horrifying how they selectively breed these children) because they themselves cannot reproduce otherwise... yeah, the genetically modified tranny testube babies would probably hate existence more than the average tranny.

FTMs and "nonbinaries" also exhibit Cluster B behavior (though in female-typical fashion, FTMs are more likely to have BPD instead of NPD). Troon ideology is all about putting yourself and your hedonistic fetishes above everyone else. Ruin your marriage and abandon your kids because embracing your fetish full-time is "being the true you". Cut off all your family members if they're not woke enough.

Polyamory is also incredibly common with troons and that's the most narcissistic lifestyle possible.
