I don't know if it's been asked before, but can Phil speak Spanish? If he could he would probably use it everywhere, but I've never seen an actual Hispanic call him out on it. Still, I'd like to see some Ricardo-tier butchery going on.

He manages some google translate bullshit if you post something on his facebook but other than that he cant speak or understand it.
