I'm struggling to find it, but there's an episode of Law and Order (either season 1 or 2) involving the IRA, and some Libyan guy. Libyan guy gets murdered and they recover documents written in Arabic in which one of the detectives describes it as letters made by a tapdancing chicken.

It is Eddie Cantor. The clip is from The Kid from Spain. The first time I saw that part where the girls reveal coon faces painted on their heads it made me burst out laughing.

For those who don't know the show, the Italian, Irish, Latino, black and white inmates all hate each other, so the show uses a lot of slurs. If you want to expand your vocabulary when interacting with one of the afore-mentioned groups online, I can recommend this show.

Unironically a great movie.

It's pretty amusing to listen to the behind the scenes white none of the actors thought of this movie as racist and had a total blast filming it.
