I used to feel embarrassed about a lot of things.
Things I'd done, things I'd say, things I didn't do, things I didn't say.

Over time though I feel like these situations happened less and less, I assumed because I'd just matured, or that I was no longer in the position for those things to happen.
Then I'd heard the above quote, and I think what might have happened is that I've learned a lot of the dynamics of being a "person".
Not in the autistic way where I don't understand social cues, but rather in the way where I've seen a lot of ways conversations can go, and I feel like I know how to maneuver interactions in positive ways primarily because I've fucked up so many times in the past.

Embarrassment is an emotion that for the most part is only experienced by people on behalf of and for the benefit of other people.
