Project Veritas Issues Statement Amid Reports of James O'Keefe Being …

Project Veritas released a statement on Wednesday after it was reported founder and face of the undercover outlet James O'Keefe was put on paid leave while the board of directors are deciding whether to remove him from his position.

The upcoming decision stems from anonymous allegations about O'Keefe's management style, which include berating employees and eating a sandwich that belonged to a pregnant woman.

The company's statement did not mention O'Keefe specifically but said "the board of directors and management are constantly evaluating what the best path forward is for the organization. The board and management are continuing this internal evaluation to ensure our long term success. Project Veritas will never stop and we will never let our our supporters down."

Many of the comments on Project Veritas' statement voiced their opposition to having O'Keefe be removed from the company.

A thread from the founder of Old Row claimed, citing a source within the outlet, that what is happening to O'Keefe is nothing short of a hostile takeover attempt from two members of the board over weak allegations of misconduct.

"According to my source, this situation has allowed to 2 alleged ringleaders of this attempt to push James out to have significant sway over the others despite their reasons to be essentially meritless," Swig tweeted. "Board members and C Suite officers involved in this according to my source are as follows: Board members: Matt Tyrmand - (Ringleader) John Garvey, George Skakel, Joseph Barton (not the congressman), Steve Alembik CFO: Tom O’Hara COO: Barry Hinckley (Ringleader pronouns in bio)."

How come every time they try to make someone sound like they're worse than Hitler but have nothing, these people always resort to saying that the BAD GUY stole a sandwich from a pregnant lady?
 
I hope he snatched the sandwich right out of her hand and ate it in front of her while making full eye contact.

Seriously, I think he's an asshole, but this sounds like the pettiest thing to get rid of someone over.

Did he know it was her sandwich? Might he have mistaken it for his sandwich? Did he do it maliciously? Was this in some kind of remote location where there were no other sandwiches? Did the woman suffer great harm from having her sandwich stolen? Most importantly, what kind of sandwich are we talking about?

Ridiculous.
 
Looks like Veritas is going to become a 100% trustworthy source of information that isn't fake news at all once they start attacking regime approved targets.

Hope O'Keefe and the good guys either start over again or fight this attempted takeover, it's real coincidental that this happened right after the Pfizer video.

I should have figured they'd try something like this. Veritas has been a true thorn in their side for over a decade. They can never refute the substance of what Veritas finds, only complain that the footage was obtained "unfairly" or "unethically".

In true shitlib fashion, they're never upset about what's been found, only that someone snitched.

The regime has always hated people they can't silence or relegate to obscurity. Too many people paid attention to Veritas so it had to go. All the shit they've thrown at Jones is basically their own vitriol for a man they had already damnatio memoraed years ago. The only good thing coming out of this is that instead of a carrot and stick approach, they are letting us all know they want us broke dead and eating the bugs.
