It'll be my first time participating, actually. I'm looking forward to it, but I haven't drawn a thing in months, so it feels like I've lost several years' worth of development, just when I was getting decent at hands and proportions.

This'll be year three for me, but I'm going to have to draw drafts first and then ink them in October since I have very little time these days.

That actually sounds like a good idea. It might allow me to take my time instead of spitting out an inked drawing a day, too.

I'm doing it for the first time this year. I'm pretty nervous but I've been doodling at work to practice.

And just for fun, here's a shitty redesign doodle for Sunshine Goodness from Foodfight that only took me a few minutes. I'm a lot faster at traditional art than digital for some reason.

I feel like my art suffers mostly because I draw everything freehand and have no idea how to do those face cross section things or mannequins so all of my poses look the same. I've tried multiple attempts, but it doesn't help me at all.

I don't have one either. But I see a lot of people use a phone or camera instead of a scanner. Just hope I can get a new phone by the end of September.

Yo, I made a dumb cartoon with some friends to see if I could! Just two minutes long. Took me a long time to actually get to where I could do this with my own assets, and there are some errors, but it was really fun to make and I feel like the lines are properly emphasized anyway.

I just got my tonsils out so I'm not trying to work on anything big while I'm all fucked on pain meds.

This thing is taking me forever to do because I HATE working with orange and yellow. It hurts my eyes after a while. It's for a pallet challenge so that's why Vulpix isn't really colored like a Vulpix.

Do you do the thing where you draw a circle with arrows pointing outwards (it kinda looks like a sun) to where your desired light source would be? That can help a lot with where something shines. Also sorry if my critique sucks.
