My sister's cat died earlier this month and we gave her a little funeral out in the woods. I didn't stop by to see the kitty when it was clear her time was near and I feel awful about it. It can only be worse to learn your bunny died while you were on a vacation.

Pretty sure she had three rabbits. One being named Pekora(male) the other some princess(male) name. So Sheet Metal should have had his friends around, unless of course Pippa had different people taking care of each one. But she doesn't seem that kind of irresponsible about her pets so it seems unlikely.

You aren't wrong, but you are an asshole.

As avoidable as this is, I really do feel for her. I've seen similar circumstances before plenty of times. You really do want to trust that the people you love are reliable. When they make you a promise, you really hope they are worth enough of a shit to keep it. Sometimes you give the people in your life a chance to disappoint you, and it sucks when they follow through.

I only feel sorry for the rabbit, not Pippa. Animals are not toys, they're living creatures like you and me. So if you're gonna have a pet, you need to make sure to treat it right. If that animal dies from neglect, that's on you and that includes who you choose to leave your pet with.

The fact that apparently Pippa has three rabbits concerns me. I mean, this is the same "woman" who vomited in a drawer instead of a trash can and kept using a filthy tooth brush. How could she possibly feel responsible enough to maintain an animal's life?

Hell, I didn't found out until recently (thanks to Emiru's own drama with losing a pet bunny as well) that rabbits apparently eat their own crap to survive. But that's the thing. I'm at least smart enough to realize that taking care of an animal is a whole lot of work, hence why the only pets I'm around are the ones my family chose to adopt into our household.

And again, losing a pet rabbit won't make me feel sorry for the pedo-baiting creep that is Pippa.

I don't know why the fuck you dmed me earlier after I rated your post complaining about your rating but the reason I did was that this wasn't a case of negligance on the owner's part and was some shit surrounding the person tasked with watching the rabbit while people were on a trip. There is no "animal treated as a toy" factor here and you're gloating about the death in a way that seems to ignore the context of how the rabbit actually fucking died.

Is not that hard to watch for a rabbit like u really have to be that irresponsible to a level of not handling the easiest needs of what a plant would need to survive. Same goes on a rabbit but of course you watch it, feed it at proper times and give it a lil friendly rub each 30-40 mins until the very time to sleep.
