I think donations have dried up completely. Plus Slingblade has decided that, rather than contribute to the running costs of the place where he lives, he'd rather go off in search of tranny cock this month.

In a somewhat related note you see a lot of this in the furry community as well. Someone with a limited income will dump all their money into 200$ commissions and when the end of the month starts rolling up they start begging for 'help'. Phil could easily get by if he didn't waste all his money on useless knick-knacks and shopping outside his budget. I bet he still goes to Whole Foods and blows forty bucks for two days worth of food when he could go to an Aldi's or Dollar General and easily get two weeks of food instead. He's an 'ex'(?) homeless person (I love how he uses house-less to make it sound more dignified) and instead of spreading it own and putting it away for the things he knows he needs to pay for he dumps it all into weapons and shit.

Credit were it due he's telling the truth this once.
AJ Luxton set him up with the role and Phil hated every minute of it.
Maybe he didn't complete it and got his laptop another way but free geek was the source of his complaints about institutional transphobia.
