Getting a paycheck is not financial privilege as it is earned through an exchange of labor. Receiving a tugboat for autism is financial privilege because it is an additional right Phil is given merely for existing. If anyone is financially privileged, it is Phil.
Phil has already proven himself willing to steal from charities like Goodwill so he doesn't need help acquiring things.
