The going commando thing is from an old dating profile site we found. Not wiping was I believe information from Tweaker, but It's probably accurate because Phil is a gross hobo who doesn't bath and field agents have reported he literally smells like shit.

$250 for a weekend in a Portland motel? I can find in-city Portland motels where staying for three full nights would cost barely $200 tax included. Add in a couple of cheap as fuck Medicaid copays and an economy size block of Lucerne Swiss cheese and you're STILL not at $250, and that's for 3 nights. I suppose seedy motels just aren't safe for potatoes. Phil needs three-star accommodations or he'll encounter literal violence.
