Because in all reality he has no plans to stay in Portland. That's just my thoughts. Plus, how would he lug all that shit up there? It's not like he can rent a U-Haul.

I'm pretty sure anything Phil touches or wears is going to decrease in value. Would YOU want something that was on his gross body, even back when he was less disgusting than he is now? Hell considering Sasuke was sort of his fetish, I shudder to think what stains might be on that. Only weens would want that, and they're almost as autistic as Phil!
 
I do like that since he's posting all the things he bought and ebegging for crayons, he hasn't received a single donation in 2 weeks. At least his own behavior is working and he doesn't understand it.

What always strikes me is Phil has no personal portable wealth, I have met a few people and read books on this topic because non standard economies intrest me and one of the most common even most likely is the personal wealth economy it goe's like this:

The good's worth something are not by and large all that valuable like gold, silver etc (although that can be part of it in the forced transient community i.e. people running away from a invading army) but in the homeless community it's things of a real practical value such as knowledge of a hidden place to sleep that's dry and warm, a new way of getting free food without any trouble, even basic good's that you'd normally have to pay for like cigarrets, bar's of soap, etc that are considered luxury items.

Phil has non of that an you know why? He has next to no contact with other people like himself (or how he views himself anyway) so his idea of basic luxury goods are more akin to the kind of things a person who lives of SSDI or minimum wage would have like electronics, tattoos, better quality food etc.
 
Looking like he's losing his couch this weekend and needs money for a hotel and med copays now. I've never seen the med copays lie before.

Thank you! I've been trying to find a way to express this. Even if I didn't know anything about Phil, between the expression and the spiked collar, everything about this picture screams, "You should not give me anything."
