I've been out of the loop on Spuds so I have to ask: when was the last time we saw the inside of the apartment? I'm fascinated by the fact he's somehow self-aware enough to fear eviction but also not aware enough to keep things even a little clean? Like, objectively, no one cares if you're not changing your bedsheets but you gotta keep your living room nice for company - and he knows this... but only when it comes to getting thrown out? Or something?

Wish it was that simple. I thought Oregon was more renter friendly. But according to this intelligent looking website Phil gets 3 days to leave after not paying rent for a week (if that's the last straw) or a week of it's because he stank up the place. That's best case scenario. No changing the locks or anything like that from the land lord. Leaves time to get champagne.I really wish there was a way to get notified when the "Phil gets evicted" thread drops
Worst case: court dates.

Way to completely fuck things up for yourself Phil, you lazy-ass mongo.
I've done a fair bit of renting over the years since I married my wife. We've rented traditional apartments, basement apartments, and houses. In all that time we only had one apartment inspection, and that was the first apartment we rented, and we even had pets. That was in the first traditional apartment we rented about three months after we moved in. After that it wasn't necessary because we were quiet, polite, responsible tenants who paid our rent early, took care of our unit, and kept to ourselves.
However, we had several neighbors who were loud, trashy, rude, and irresponsible people who often had their units inspected, which often led shortly to them being out on their ads.
If memory serves, @DT.Miller once said that Phil has had several complaints logged against him with the complex management for being loud, rude, obnoxious, and over the stench coming from his unit. I'm quite sure this has been building basically since the day he moved in and the management is just trying to satisfy the requirements to begin the eviction process. The fact that he failed his first unit inspection probably should have opened Philthy and Slingblade's eyes that they were fucking up and had better shape up because they are clearly now on thin ice, but neither of them are intelligent or perceptive boys. I can't wait for the next update for this ordeal, and I hope more people give Phil a piece of their minds over what a selfish, greedy, entitled, shitty person he is.

When do you expect Phil to have company? People cross the street to avoid him - But to answer your question it's been a mess since he moved in he walks around in his boots day and night, doesn't empty the bin as often as he should, and he just drops things on the floor, this isn't like when you get home and need to empty your briefcase and you end up leaving a notebook on the floor or you get in after a 15 hour day that feels like a 30 hour day and leave your socks on the floor next to your bed - No Phils place is more like a scatty dirty bomb went off just with added maps and bondage gear hanging of panel pins he's pushed into every available space.
Torrens room (i.e. the bedroom) is marginally cleaner but has lots of empty bottles all over the place.

If it's new it's interesting he chose an old picture without tattoos. I wouldn't expect Phil to have the self awareness to realize tattoos might negatively impact his chances at employment.

Phil doesn't want to work but if he did the only place I could see him working is warehouse jobs. I worked them back when I was a student and there were multiple people with Phil tier prison tats.

Yea that was me who said that, from what I have gathered Torren may have mentioned it to Phil in an odd moment of sobriety but Phil really fucks things up quicker than most because he just doesn't have a problem with being dirty he's got a really dull set of senses, he can't smell things for shit (no pun intended). My guess is the same of yours they are fulfilling the legal requirements of the lease i.e. they gave him a list of things to improve on and he hasn't if anything the consideration of the flat has gotten worse.
A few years ago a guy who I'm friends with who owns a bunch of rental houses regained control of a House he had rented after the family stopped paying the rent and changed all the locks after a somewhat lengthy court battle (under the old squatters rights thing), the place was trashed but he needed to get the place cleaned before anyone got more bright ideas with the place and he couldn't get a cleaning crew to the place over that weekend so me an a few others offered to help - we gutted the place in a single day (filled 3 skips too) stripped out the carpets, laminate flooring, got some builders in we knew replaced the bathroom and kitchen and some plaster work. Left it a day then came back and repainted it and put in new laminate flooring and carpet and replaced the front an back doors.
That was 5 of us + the builders working flat out on a large 4 bedroomed house for 3 day's (if you don't count the day off anyway) for about 12 hours a day, so if Phil and slingblade can't comprehend how they can clean a small single bedroom apartment in 3 days to pass an inspection tell's you a lot about their ability to cope alone, well Phils ability at any rate Slingblade is just after a warm place he can get smashed in.

I have a few guys working for me covered head to toe in ink, some of the best workers I could ever have who blast Metalica an Pantera over the PA system all day - trust me while Phil may look like he's suitable for that kind of job he hasn't got the stamina for that kind of work, hell I'd be miffed if I could work out a job that he could do, With Chris he may be unhealthy but you can sorta work out a place you could wold get an keep a job with help but Phil is just Toxic to a work environment he's that fucker who's lucky to have a job but moans constantly about it and isn't circumspect about it and will complain about having to be in work for 8am just like his boss is, just like his co-workers are etc and slips away whenever he can for a "long lunch" or extra fag break.

Torren is only with Phil because he wore out his welcome at his last place, He's a Grifter and nothing more. If he can find a better situation than Phil he'll move on in a heartbeat, he just wasn't someplace warm that he can get smashed in, be fed pizza and have a decent chance at getting some #analrips any other consideration is secondary.

I've seen some bad LinkedIns... but holy hell.
Enough normal people have a hard time understanding that LinkedIn isn't Facebook 2.0 so Phil had no chance of not making yet another ass of himself. His picture alone would turn off any semi-discerning hiring manager.
Also he lists himself as 'self-employed at Izzy Hell Records'. I may be out of the loop, but I don't remember him having his own fake record label. I'm surprised he didn't go whole hog and declare himself self-employed as president of Australatina.
So who's gonna make mock LinkedIns and befriend him to keep us updated on any lulzy profile additions?
And lol at 'food safety' as one of his skills and all the legit Isabel Araujos listed beside his profile.
