Tom had Randy sign an NDA before the interview. Randy posted it in the pisscord channel. This whole interview is fabricated and rehearsed. Tom even admitted to doing a pre interview with Randy the night before

1. Randy has proven himself to be a habitual liar.
2. He is starved for attention and doesn't seem to care from whom he gets it.
3. He doesn't seem to be particularly well off financially and probably sees this as an opportunity to strike it rich. He has the same sort of delusions of grandeur that Perry has and Tom thinks he can turn him into another cow. The difference here is that Randy doesn't have the entertainment value of Perry and 90% of the PCL fanbase hates him. Also everyone knows, Tom is the true cow.
