Granted I haven't heard many variations of the story but I always got the impression that they would prompt him to re-tell the story precisely because

1. it's funny/weird that he would tattle on himself about this in the first place; a normal person would at least have the dignity to be ashamed and keep it a secret
2. they didn't believe the detail about him receiving the oral and the context of the whole story makes it sound really absurd

I think they believe Perry, the getting blown detail of the story hasn't changed. This funeral for Don takes place after the Podcast has already ended. The Don died bit was a story on the Simply Don The Podcast "messages from TomB's answering machine" segment that ended with a funeral show.

One of the recurring jokes on The Big 3 Podcast was Don pretending to get angry with the audience for thinking that Perry blew a guy, and "setting the record straight" that Perry didn't blow anybody, but got blown and jerked the guy off. The will is just repeating that long-running joke to wind up Perry, same with everyone pretending to have never heard of the 1992 thing.

The Internet was absolutely a mistake.

I’ve always been amazed how the Perry Project and what came after it essentially didn’t happen within platforms like the Farms because they existed in a narrow window between 1992-2003and then the podcast came out in 2010-2014. The PCL Stream could be considered an addendum to the Project.

This isn't the norm for Perry's show by any means. This is a once-every-few-years thing where Tom Brennan flies out to LA from New York for a "Tom B Week" with the rest of the mod crew. Normally it's just Perry by himself screaming with Tom on the mic. Every once and a while the Tony Hawk guy shows up for a little bit and causes a ruckus.

Perry has guests semi regularly, though during the years with the Big Three it really was a big deal.

The only funny thing I see here is how it wasn't the choking or the abuse that broke the ToS, that was all fine and dandy by Twitch's standards.

Only when the word "faggot" was uttered, THAT'S when Twitch staff decided it's too much and the channel needs to be suspended.
