1. I thought the guests were entertaining
2. If clip channels are being intimidated, they should stand their ground and cite fair use protections.
3. If Perry is attacking someone he deserves to be tased in self defense.

I hope that alleviates your concerns about my opinions. I'm not one to shy away from confrontation as long as it remains reasonable.

One of the better and more successful clip channels (The Perry Project) is going to stop uploading because of Tom's new rules about not being able to monetize and moderating their comments to his liking. This brings up a couple of interesting tidbits:
  • Someone on PCL staff thought The Perry Project was Don Barris and got upset when TPP made a comment that said, "Don's in charge."
  • These clip channels make less than $2 a video if they don't censor Perry's cursing
  • The money he makes doesn't even cover the cost of a yearly Patreon subscription
  • Many other PCL clip channels also almost exclusively make videos about content they donated for (Tip comment reactions, offers)
  • TPP has spent thousands of dollars on Perry
It seems like a lot of the good clip channels fall into that vein where their popular content is donating money for things and recording Perry's reactions. It just seems like such a low IQ decision to fuck these people over with unrealistic rules. Say what you will about how people spend their money, but people like TPP have been apparently paying Perry's rent for years and this is perhaps the most retarded and ungrateful way to repay them.

Tom really fucked himself. He had some real legit clip channels that drummed up a lot of new viewers. But its Tom, so all he thinks about is fucking fat chicks with cum filled pussies.

I did see that and commented that he should refuse the demands, if true. Sorry but it's difficult for me to believe there were demands like "delete all comments critical of PCL" without seeing the actual correspondence. At this point if he's really fed up he should come out with it and prove it all. It may even turn out he's being trolled and approached by fake accounts. After all this is somebody who doesn't know the difference between "there" "their" and "they're"...

Tom said on the stream last night and Garrett corroborated that they want them to delete nasty comments. It was very vague with no real definition or example of what these kinds of comments are/were. To me, it would be easy enough where if you see something like a dox or threats they could just report them themselves and it would get deleted. Most of that stuff gets caught by YouTube's filters anyway.

I must have missed that. Not saying it didn't happen, but if there truly is such a misunderstanding of the importance and dynamic of clip channels, I would certainly want to do what little I can to call it out and bring awareness so there may be a change.

This situation has been sad for years. Perry's biggest trolls and especially Tom are weird as fuck and must have some kind of interest in the genuine gay sadistic torture of Perry. I used to really like Perry when he's being himself but everything is centered around dominating Perry and the everyday obsession and repetition around his molestation in 92' is fucking weird. I just know there are people getting off to this shit. Not at all surprised about Tom putting hands on Perry or any of this.
Edit: To clarify, Windy City Heat is funny. Tricking Perry, playing off his ego, Doorbell DSP and most of the early streams are all funny. I don't think obsessing over gay stuff Perry has done or had done to him and jamming your fingers up his ass is funny, it's fucking weird.

i was watching a clip from perry yesterday or a few days ago and i remember seeing a video of this guy called "CartNarc" on TikTok who ran into Perry and started fucking with him.

i remember hearing tom go "we are going to show a little bit of it but if you want the full video, you need to subscribe to the patreon", and it rubbed me the wrong way.

i was thinking "that's a very jewish thing to steal someones video and hide it behind a paywall when you can just google the video if you know the person"

interesting to find out there's actual drama going on in the community

watched the clip in the op and it seems very mean spirited and unfunny like why would you do that someone? Yes I am aware of the irony of being on this site but this seems very much pushing a guy over comedy and less laugh at the retard steping on rakes.
