Any actual proof of life or just someone who set their username to Randy? I'd withhold optimism, considering the source. This is coming from the PCL equivalent of DSP's wheelchair dents, except instead of funding a WWE Champions addiction disguised as a tax problem these clowns bought Tom Brennan a house and multiple cars under the guise of saving Perry from homelessness. It's literally the exact same scam and they fell for it because they thought they were part of the show just like the dents think they are friends with DSP. Meanwhile they did this knowing about his obsession with cum and claiming it was just lies from detractors. The parallels are astounding.
Oh, and then there's also fact that Tehachapi wasn't the name of the movie, it was the location of the shoot. This is a common mistake made in the PCL lore that was formerly corrected on the Big 3 Podcast (complete with the actual film name), but most PCL fans know nothing of the Podcast. An odd error for a man as proud and vocal of his life's work as "Randy" seems to be.

It seems to be but I don't think I would buy Randy's stories as easily as they are, as if Randy is a sex offender he has every reason to lie. Randy's claim of Perry trying to kiss a man on the freeway doesn't make much sense to me either, if perry were really gay wouldn't he be gooning to gay porn non-stop? But it's always been women if anyone remembers Scaremaster's old twitter profile.

Perry 100% had a couple of shemale pornstars in his old Twitter. He also reeked of someone overcompensating to justify his anti-gay religious beliefs. Just playing devil's advocate a bit, but it's certainly plausible.
I'm mostly just hoping somehow this interaction brings heat on PCL in some way. Perhaps Randy persuing legal action or something.

That's the other side of it. Even if he is who he says he is - congrats pisscord, you're rubbing elbows with a convicted sex offender to own Cumb. (At least I'm pretty sure he is, but it seems any mention of his conviction has been scrubbed from the open web. Am I misremembering this?)

And as far as him being closeted - I don't really think so. I just think he engages in magical thinking and retroactive justification to deal with the obvious contradictions between his preference for women and for his occasional dabbling in tranny-chasing and casting-director fellating. Don and everybody else insistently called Shiva "a woman," and he, a straight man, had sex with "her" - so therefore it wasn't gay. He only ever calls Shiva "boney and disgusting" - he acknowledges something happened, but he can't or won't acknowledge that the balls touched. When he had phone sex with John Quincy Adams, well, that was just another powerful man in Show Business who took advantage of him because of how attractive he was. And we all know he didn't "just" give Randy a handy - but it has become the truth for him because acknowledging that he wasn't raped would mean he was desperate enough for stardom that even gay for pay was in play for him under the right circumstances. I don't think it's fair to say he sought out any of these circumstances - he just rose to the occasion each time they presented themselves without making much of a fuss about it until others taunted him about it later.

Likewise, thanks for providing the audio. First impressions within the first minute or so - this fucking guy simpering over getting to talk to the convicted sex offender is about as nauseating as I expected. The guy calling himself Randy Callahan sounds at least a little convincing at the outset (at least insofar as being Randy Callahan - jury's out on whatever yarn he's spinning). If he isn't who he says, then he at least convincingly presents himself as a 70+ chomo. I'll keep listening and see if I hear anything else that stands out one way or another.
Terrible audio quality. Score one more for authenticity at least.
15 minutes into this and it's just kvetching over Cumb more than spilling any dirt the real RC would know. Now "RC" is going on about how Perry claims he is Bobcat Golthwaite, which even throws the otherwise simpering interviewer for a second, suggesting that he might be thinking of Perry ripping off Sam Kinison's schtick. Guy seems confused, but maybe this is going somewhere. He reiterates again that he's a PCL watcher (which seems really bizarre to me, but maybe he's got a humiliation fetish like the Jomhas) and that Perry actually claimed Bobcat was dead and that Perry replaced him at some point. Anybody know what the fuck he's talking about here?
Another couple minutes and now they're talking about Perry's stories of fucking pornstars back in the 80s. Why would the real RC know or care about this? This guys seems to have some very definite opinions about it.
I guess that was "RC"'s lead-in to shredding Perry's credibility on the 92 incident. "Isn't it interesting that there's so many different stories he tells about the same incident?" Nigger, what are you talking about? If there's one thing you can say about Perry and his 92 story, it's that he's been very consistent about his version of events over the years. At least since TB3 days, I can't think of any time the basics of the story has changed. The story is so codified that long-time fans can practically recite it verbatim at this point. Am I missing something here? Even the interviewer is pushing back on this, insofar as he suggests that the consistent focus on details like specific street names is what marks him as a liar.
If this is the real RC, he doesn't sound like all his dogs are barking. On some points he seems lucid enough, but then has a very muddled recollection of details that aren't really controvertible (e.g. Bobcat, Perry's allegedly wildly changing story from telling to telling). I don't have much longer to sit down and listen to this tonight; hopefully somebody else puts together the cliff's notes version in the meantime, or some kind of highlight reel of shit anybody actually cares about, because this is a chore to listen to not even 20 minutes in. The fact that they keep teasing details about the 92 story only to turn it back to kvetching about Cumb makes me think something's up with this. I just don't buy that the real RC would give a shit about any of that specifically if his goal is to clear his name - we all hate Cumb and somebody trying to humiliate him would want the conversation to go that way, but he hasn't mentioned Don and Mole once at this point, and they had way more to do with propagating the 92 story than Cumb did, except insofar as putting it on Twitch a couple dozen times an hour every time PCL is live; it's not like Cumb's done anything new with it since. You'd think he'd have an axe to grind with them if this was really about setting the record straight. Edit: listened on a couple more minutes before Cumb crashed the stream with no survivors and even when they did bring up TB3 "RC" barely had anything to say about it. Smells more and more like some kind of op to me. Even if it's the real guy, at this point I half suspect they've spun this old codger up with seeded ideas just as much as Perry has been over the years to get him to say what they want to hear. Maybe the picture gets clearer as this goes on and I just haven't heard enough yet to see this interview redeem itself, but it smells like a load of bullshit right now.

I mean, he doesn't "work" on movies, he helps hire for them. And if it's primarily for extras, I don't think he has that much insight. It's like a recruiter for a temp agency basically - the guy hiring for holiday help in the mailroom doesn't have any insight on a company's fiscal performance but can still say he "works for Goldman Sachs." This was a D-list movie over 30 years ago. I clearly don't have as much disdain for the Discord detractor group as you do, but I can't see them getting much benefit from lying about this being the real Randy. One of the guys there has said he has video called with Randy and it's him, he's taking to him on his actual Facebook page, the voice on the interview is clearly the same guy from other known videos and isn't an obvious AI generation, and in the first few mins of the interview he mentions Tom reached out to him the night before to try and steal him away for his own interview (in a very Tom-like message). And this is the only detractor stream in months that PCL took down from YouTube with a DMCA claim is no coincidence.
I'm like 99% sure it's the real Randy. Now whether or not he's at all credible is a completely different story, but I'm all for something coming around and shaking up the current Perry story arc that's been in the shitter for years now. I'm not convinced this is it, but it's brought some life back to this forum if nothing else. I still haven't listened to more than the first 20 mins of the full interview.

Again, not saying the guy isn't full of shit, just saying it's pretty likely to be the actual Randy. The real issue is that there isn't anybody in Perry's life (or CumB's for that matter) that isn't a piece of shit and/or completely unreliable. Would it still be interesting to hear from some of them (one of Perry's brothers, cousins, Amy, etc.)? Sure. And even better if it somehow disrupts PCL in one way or another? Absolutely.
I think the only person that I would fully trust to hear from and think could do some actual damage to PCL, and is not a piece of shit, would be Tony Barbieri out of character. This will almost certainly never happen, unfortunately. So we're stuck with what we can get.
