Shit, I’m so sorry. I was one who cancelled a duplicate and now have two tracking numbers. Would be happy to either send it back or send along to another user who wasn’t so lucky, but I’ll stand by for The Solution™
 
The 3PL started sending out tracking numbers but I'm deeply concerned. I emailed the 3PL weeks ago that there were issues with the order syncing. I saw a lot of orders not get updated after refunds and I've now confirmed that people who double/triple/quadruple ordered and had to cancel the extras are getting multiple tracking orders. On my back end, it does look like the 3PL's system did not ever change the status of these orders.

I'm extremely frustrated and I'm hoping they have an answer. It looks like they've already put them in the mail despite me explicitly asking them to cancel outbound orders until they could delete all pending orders and re-import them fresh from a list I generated for them. I told them this multiple times but it doesn't look like they did anything.

I'll need to actually figure out how much waste they've created. If you're receiving duplicate coins or coins for something you asked for a refund for after the recent drama, I don't know what to tell you at the moment. I'm also not sure how this holds up for the last orders which there will not be inventory for. I'm hoping they can do something to make this right but I'm also considering what my legal options are.
Not to worry, Josh. Things will get worked out. Not your fault, you have worked in good faith with us. Suggest looking for another source next time.
 
No tracking number for me but I ordered April 1st so I guess I deserve it. ☹️

You got a tracking email I assume? I never got a tracking email just te original order one back in March so I assume I'm one of the unlucky ones.
Aw hell I hope that's not true, because I don't have a mail either, and I ordered April 1st.

I still haven't got an email with tracking or anything. But I can't remember if I ordered early on or not, placed order on April 9th.

I ordered on Aug 2nd (a week before the cutoff I think) and my order number was between 3750 and 4000. The coin has shipped and I have a tracking number, this is purely anecdotal, but it seems since I ordered so late they couldn’t have fucked up that bad

I only ordered one but I got an email for two coins. I also got two card charges for the price of the coin, and honestly I'm happy to have two. I *did* mark myself down as *will buy 2* on the poll after all. No action is required on your part, I wish I didn't pay shipping twice but ehhh. Just be aware of the possibility.
 
I have not received an email and I'm pretty sure I bought it on the second day they were available. Keeping my fingers crossed. Though, if this all doesn't work out, I really won't be shocked and only have myself to blame. This is kind of what you get for ordering a CWC coin from a retard *sigh*

Something is odd about the UPS tracking number I got 2 days ago. UPS is still saying to check back later and offers no additional info. Just checked and same same.

Ready for UPS just means they printed the label. There's still erroneous orders and they absolutely must stop sending them until they fucking fix the orders. I sent them an XLS of every single order and how many they get and they didn't import it before sending out orders like I asked.

And of course now that emails are going out people are fucking confused and I'm being bombarded for individual requests for clarification over and over again. They've kicked the hornet's nest, people are pissed at me, and all they had to do was fucking nothing and re-import my fucking list.
