I like Dave because his childhood stories of him being a little bastard make him sound like a real life children's novel protagonist. Purposely breaking your PS1 so your parents will buy you a PS2 just for it to backfire spectacularly is some harebrained shit I would have read as a 10 year old in an Andy Griffiths book. Also I just think he's generally pretty funny.

I love Dave because he's legitimately an asshole while being clever about it. And his soccer story will remain a top 10 Oneyplays moments. Also, he's introduced zoomer humor to the show like lead is introduced into drinking water which is a big thumbs up from me.

The euphoric atheism and edgy progressivism of Sleepycabin is probably one of its worst-aged aside from having Shadman on as a frequent guest. I can't help but cringeee when start going off on Christanity using the most basic bitch arguments while getting the most basic facts wrong or spouting off Bernie-era leftist remarks.

Any discussion politics on that show was bad and its quite telling that Oneyplays dropped those things entirely from its inception.
