October 5th 2020 - Phil Banned from twitch AGAIN

Mighty D has some brought up that this thing could be suspect as fuck. Givin' the tweet this morning and his day off being tomorrow, maybe some gay shit happening with now Superhound asking for Phil to DM him.

And from a tip or whatever earlier saying when Phils in some shit, he gets the most support.

Just a big thunkful. Don't know what to think of it but I will keep an open mind about this situation giving that the DMCA claims are a nothing thing that has happened frequently, and he always comes back clean.

unbanned

These copyright strikes that get Phil temporarily banned from Twitch accomplish nothing. Okay, Phil shits his pants for a few hours then he begs for and gets hundreds of dollars from the tards who rally to his cause. In the end, Phil gets what he wants without actually having to do anything outside of his natural pigroach begging. Waste of time.

DSP is not alive nor truly dead but somewhere in between, perpetually crossing a line that would make us, mortals insane in a couple of seconds, but DSP, he's far above that already.

Be afraid for he's eternal.

Wonder if Phils doing some 4D chess and claiming his own channel?

Lol I know he's not but with numbers like that it must be tempting for the pity bucks
He was acting unhinged until the tips started reaching 200 dollars then he became so nonchalant about it.

Callin all these chargebacks from the same guy, and that he was crazy yada yada. Sound familiar? He also grouped tutankhaman in the same category.

It's a very weird situation that feels like it benefited him really easily.

so its the new report bombing and trolling tiping then

I know that ultimately this won’t mean a whole lot for Phil. But fuck it.

Seeing those words: “Phil banned from Twitch” just give me warm and happy feels all over.

Yes, yes... He’ll be back tomorrow. But at least right now, for a few hours Karma is doing its thing and the world is just a tad bit more just and right.

Curious if this happens enough he will be granted some sort of immunity to it. Just another "Oh Phil gettin struck again, just chuck it in the garbage and ignore it.".

No. There's no way on Earth Twitch would risk getting sued by ignoring even the weakest of DMCA claims, this is why Curse dropped him, because a professional business cannot just ignore legal claims for fear of being sued in the slight chance the claim is legitimate, which also means you have to pay someone to review those claims. Curse decided the amount of money it would cost to pay someone to review the false claims against his YouTube outweighed the profit they could gain from having him as a partner.

The caps lock on his tweets is just so annoying and disturbingly similar to how Chris-chan does his own tweets... Either way:

"THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO! IT'S NOT MY FAULT! I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT! BUGGED TWITCH MUH-KAHNICS!"

You call them bans phil (privately) calls them bonus rounds. This is background noise. I'm questioning whether it even deserves a thread of its own. Only his paypigs are dumb enough to still think this is significant after the 5 billionth time. Wouldn't be surprised if he coordinated this.

You won't find many friends on this, but I agree. Listening to him during that he was such a salty bitch. He was 300+ dollars and he couldn't even begin to be happy. That you're just jealous because I am having fun is so fucking amazing, how dripping with hatred that line was.

It's the small incidents like this that make complications involving Phil bittersweet, you never have a boring week following his antics.

Yeah there’s no way to look at his below average money last night(even with an hour of overtime!) and think this wasn’t staged given how any “emergency” stream results in a boost in money for dark.

I was previously willing to give dave the benefit of the doubt and say superhound being an unstable mental faggot might have just gone after him because phil shunned him publicly, but there’s no way to look at it any other way now that phil telling him to go ahead and take him down for the day so he can get his hands on quick spending cash. Gotta keep that horse feed

What if superhound is actually one of phils fans that Phil asked to file DMCA's so he can do more of these emergencies?

I don't mean this has been phils plan from the start. what if he asked SH to file one, expecting twitch to "protect" him, so he could show his fans the message from twitch and go "see guys, twitch has my back now, but my channel is still threatened, so please tip me now to help out."

The panic the first time was because he expected twitch to deny the claim, and so he was fretting about having shot himself in the foot. but then he rakes in a ton of money, and gets unbanned so he considers it a win. so he goes for it a second time when he needs more money. still fretting, but less so and puts on a big show about complaining to twitch.

And now it gets to a point where he "knows" he'll be back in a matter of hours, so with the Vest Streak income gone he needs another emergency.

edit: ninja'd. what i get for not checking new posts.
