You know, it's posts like this that make me think of all those ex-CA people who said Doug is evil, and it makes me realize they were the assholes all along. So evil, guys.

He was evil because he wouldn't prop them up anymore. When they all left CA, they realized just how much of their fame and money was dependent on being associated with Doug (Marzgurl lost a huge chunk of views when she left, might have even been the majority of her views, I forget what she admitted to) and how little people actually gave a shit about them individually. The fact that they were nothing without him makes him Satan Incarnate.

I don't know, "You're Only Second Rate" is still a fun villain song. And it's one of the few kids movies where the villain doesn't lose because he's an idiot, he only lost because Iago went through a redemption arc. A shame Disney had to piss off Robin Williams so he wouldn't come back for this one or the show until they apologized and he helped liven up the third movie.
