The past month has not been kind to Michaud & the Walker Brothers. A 70 page document hosted on google docs by Lupa & other former CA contributors paints a picture of massive decade-spanning incompetence.

Update 2:
If you thought things couldn't get worse, it did.
First off, sponsors are now pulling out of channel awesome.
And on top of that an official response went up on channelawesome.com on April the 11th of 2018, angrily refuting the "lies" that are being spread in the documents that have been making their rounds on the internet the past month.
In this refutation, snippets of various chatlogs were released that outed the identity of a previously unnamed former contributor that was accused of using his status to groom teenage fans for sexual favors.
This contributor was Justin "Jew Wario" Carmical, a well-respected content creator who killed himself in 2014 and was the subject of multiple tribute videos.
The current number of contributors who left due to this round of drama stands at 30, this helpful chart shows their names highlighted.
edit edit: It's down to just Brad & Guru Larry now.

2) The JewWario shit keeps piling up. It turned out he was the rumored rapist at magfest. The sequence of events is summarized in this post.

Doug Walker needs no introductions. He is up there with James Rolfe (Angry Video Game Nerd) as one of the pioneers of the "angry reviewer" genre and his gimmicks and catchphrases reeled in a worldwide audience which lead to a meteoric rise as one of the first "e-celebs".
Doug and his associates are the founders of Channel Awesome, a now declining relic of old youtube and shadow of its former self. And much like @Lowtax and his spawn Something Awful, these people shaped the internet comedy game in their respective genres (for SA it was written satire and Let's Plays, and for Doug & co it was media reviews).
And also much like Lowtax, laziness & and a series of incompetent decisions caused the ruin of something once popular.
As such, Channel Awesome (formerly TGWTG) is an absolute nightmare clusterfuck birthed out of wasted potential, incompetence, arrogance, desperation, and Drama. These are the leaders who's reign led the internet-based review network to crash and burn, so it's only fitting to give all a thread together.
For newbies to understand some background, watching this video is suggested. It covers the beginnings of TGWTG.

-Douglas "Doug" Walker (aka Nostalgia Critic, That Guy With The Glasses, Doug Funny)
-Robert Walker (aka That Other Guy, Doug's brother)
-Michael Michaud (aka Chief Operating Officer of Channel Awesome/TGWTG)
-Michael Ellis, former CEO. He was fired for sexual harassment. It got to the point that contributors needed to be protected with pepper spray and other weapons while being escorted away to a safe location to protect them from him.
-Bhargav Dronamraju. Another former higher up. His name isn't in the thread title because it wouldn't fit.
-Justin Carmical / Jew Wario, Former contributor who turned out to be a sexual predator pedophile who hit on underage fans and raped an unconscious victim at MAGfest. Killed himself back in 2014, and had his improprieties covered up by Management. The truth became known after the now infamous "Our Response" post contained logs proving he was the predator from the Not So Awesome doc.
-Holly Christine Brown / @gookygox, former head of the HR department. She was fired by Michaud years ago but showed up again recently alongside Lupa and talked to youtuber Fred Knudson on his streams. She is just as complicit in this as Mike Michaud & the Walker Brothers.
Several ex-employees and potential recruits have talked about their problems with the management ran by these men. The Skype convos and Alison's story deal heavily with Michaud.

And speaking of Michaud, Lupa and her associates have been dumping more details/anecdotes about him on twitter recently. And Lupa also posted this google doc about Channel Awesome upper management.
I'm serious, so much has been dumped by Lupa recently, including old scripts of their ancient film project "To Boldly Flee".
Even potential recruits of TGWTG have spoken of how they dodged a bullet by not signing with them.
