GrandNumberOfPounds dijo:I heard a guy got fired, said he was going to go home and get his gun and then return to kill his boss. They called the police and they said they couldn't do anything about it. The guy carried through his threat and shot his boss.
After Newtown, a guy in my area posted on Facebook he was glad the "little shits" died and congratulated the shooter on killing the kids. He was arrested for inducing panic or menacing and had to pay a fine and perform community service, IIRC.
America: what a country.
I honestly don't know what the cops can do unless he carries out his threats. After all, there are a lot of retards posting threats on the internet, the cops can't investigate them all. However, since he wrote "death to America" on his Twitter page, he's probably on some sort of terrorist watch list
I don't know if he's mentally incompetent (what else would you call someone who has to go to the emergency room because he gets stuff stuck in his butt, or thinking flunking high school and never getting a real job are things to aspire to, WTF?) and that's why he has a case worker, or if "case worker" is code for "parole officer" (I don't know if the list CrotchGobbler posted was crimes he was charged with or crimes convicted of, there's a big difference). It's probably a good thing he needs to talk to a therapist and a case worker, he obviously isn't well.
If you wanted to get action, it would probably be more effective to tell his case worker or therapist about the crazy stuff he says. Unfortunately, due to privacy laws I doubt anyone can find that out.
Here in the UK a teenage boy tweeted an Olympic athlete saying his dead dad would be ashamed (that he didn't get gold in the Olympics) and he was arrested for harassment within hours. If Nick was in the UK he'd already be in jail
