(Reuters) - A Texas teen, who was a fugitive after allegedly breaking his probation sentence for killing four people while driving drunk, has been arrested in Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, CNN reported on Monday, citing officials briefed on the matter.

Ethan Couch, 18, was sentenced to probation about two years ago in juvenile court for intoxication manslaughter and is wanted in Tarrant County, Texas. He and his mother went missing earlier this month.

The "affluenza" nickname for the teen came from a psychologist who said during Couch's trial he was so wealthy and spoiled he could not tell the difference between right and wrong.

Not much different from how he got out of a sentence in the US prison system. At least the Mexican authorities cut out the middle man.

Ethan Couch's case has been moved to an adult court per order of the presiding judge.

"The ruling by District Judge Timothy A. Menikos calls for the case to be turned over to an adult court after Couch turns 19 on April 11. His probation will continue until February 2024.

"It will be up to a state district judge in adult court to determine what the terms of his probation will be, such as an ankle monitor or curfew. A judge can decide if he will spend a minimum of 120 days in jail, but the maximum that he could get is 180 days in jail, Couch's attorney Scott Brown said."

He still gets let out when he's 18. Thing is, now that it's Big Boy Probation this time, he's gotta be a model citizen for nearly ten years after he's 18. Since Mommy will be doing time herself, she won't be around to watch over him, thus increasing Fucktard's chances at messing up again. If/when so, he's going to the Big House for the full 40 years, with all the butt-plunging that comes with it.
