(Reuters) - A Texas teen, who was a fugitive after allegedly breaking his probation sentence for killing four people while driving drunk, has been arrested in Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, CNN reported on Monday, citing officials briefed on the matter.

Ethan Couch, 18, was sentenced to probation about two years ago in juvenile court for intoxication manslaughter and is wanted in Tarrant County, Texas. He and his mother went missing earlier this month.

The "affluenza" nickname for the teen came from a psychologist who said during Couch's trial he was so wealthy and spoiled he could not tell the difference between right and wrong.

How he thinks
If it's a crime to run over 5 people then I'm Guilty
If it's a Crime to flee Jutstice to Mexico then I'm Guilty
If it's a Crime to bribe a Jury then I will soon be Guilty of that

but here looking towards a nice long sentence. I hope this works like our Conditional Sentence Order, which I really hope is the case, because he doesn't need to conviction of breach of probation(which, in any case, is almost undefencable) It is very unlikely that he gets out of these because the "learning experience" and a "rehabilitative sentence" generally don't work when one screws up ones probation

Little Lord Flauntleroy made chumps out of everyone in the Texas Legal System and the whole world is laughing at them. I think they are going to make sure they get their payback and he's made an example of this time.

Being an obvious flight risk, I doubt he's going to get any bail. And the extradition process is going to be slowed down a bit due to the shortened work week and the holiday weekend. Lil Shit, who is used to having only the finest of things, is going to be spending his New Year's Day in a dirty cell in Meh-Hee-Ko.

Ethan Couch stands to get 120 days behind bars; ironically, his mother faces years at this point.

On one hand, these kind of losers are basically circling the drain, destined to run afoul of the law until they are locked up for good. But it's frustrating as all get out that this isn't going to be the end of Ethan Couch right here and now. On the other, it actually looks like the whole Couch family are losers too, with criminal rap sheets themselves, so locking up Mom is not a bad start.

I feel really sorry for Ethan Couchs' next victim, in whatever careless, stupid or even deliberate thing he does, but there is going to be another victim...

I love how they say "alleged fleeing" like these two aren't still sitting in a jail cell in Mexico as I write this.

Yeah. People have to say this shit about basically anyone who has the conceivable power to take them to court no matter how blatantly guilty they are. OJ Simpson got the same treatment and he had DNA evidence tied to his guilt. R. Kelly gets the same treatment and he was caught on tape. Bill Cosby still gets this treatment even though enough women to populate a self sustaining colony have accused him of the exact same story.

That said, there are still things you can point out without having to use such terms which were admitted under oath by Cosby in some of the lawsuit records that come out. Many people are just too ignorant or too terrified of our nation's lawsuit bureaucracy to test the waters on this, especially on people who have significantly more money to spend on lawsuit capital than oneself.
