Feedback New Glitch Rating? - The new rating looks like a box

I cleared my browser cookies, updated to the latest version of Netscape like @keksz suggested, and then reinstalled Windows completely.

Still a box.

@Super Collie in the Post Ratings Discussions someone said something about older Windows not having the proper smileys in them. You probably need to update to Windows 10 if you want it to work.

I heard Windows 10 still has a lot of issues so I'm sticking with XP for now.
