I find it hilarious that they use Christianity as a negative trait, when one of the requirements of being pope is that you need to know at least three languages, with two of them being English and Latin. Saint Pope John Paul the Second, the second-longest serving pope, spoke 12 languages (9 which he used on a constant basis) by the time he died in 2005. Along with his native Polish, he knew English, Latin, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Ukrainian, Serbo-Croatian, Slovak, and Esperanto. He also survived getting hit by a German truck in 1944, where the Wehrmacht tended to his wounds and sent him to a hospital. He survived Black Sunday, tended to a Jewish refugee, was a playwright, theater performer, credited in the fall of at least three dictatorships in South America, credited in the fall of Communism in his native Poland, and eventually the rest of Eastern Europe. He was also well loved by men of other faiths and it was reciprocated at his funeral, which could be a topic all on his own. In the 85 years of the late pope's life, he changed the world in such a drastic manner that it cannot be denied. He also played chess, was a philosopher, and was also a poet. He was also Time's person of the year in 1994. What has Geoff done in his life that can be attributed to him? Nothing.
Battleship Potemkin is one of the best movies of all time, despite the fact that it's Soviet propaganda. Geoff couldn't do that film justice.
