Where to start?
Zero-tolerance policies.
Crappy curricula.
Probably half of all teachers simply don't give a shit anymore.
Absolutely exceptional crap like Common Core and before that, New Math.
Helicopterish parents constantly getting in good teachers' grills about stupid shit and driving them to apathy.

I think at least in the USA, there's a structural problem to how the Department of Education is organized.

Basically, it's too tied into the welfare system, and there's little to no input from outside sources on what and how things should be taught.

  • Eduction is too tied to welfare, and this has been the case since the beginning. Education used to be handled at the federal level by welfare agencies like the Federal Service Agency and Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, and when Education was spun off, it took over all education duties Health and Human Services would have. If we're going to be treating education as a means of creating productive people, this shouldn't happen. We would have tard wrangling be given over to HAHS, and nigger wrangling to the DOJ or to the state level equivalent. The fact that Education has to deal with tards and future felons has terrible consequences for the education of everybody else.
  • At present, nobody fucking knows what education is for. The Prussian education system was designed to create soldiers, engineers, and officers for the Kaiser's army. Not necessarily the most philanthropic or democratic purpose, but it was A purpose. America, on the other hand, doesn't have any kind of answer to this. Right now, the education system exists to perpetuate itself. This isn't even the fault of the education system, but of political leaders for failing to present any kind of direction. If I was Erzkanzler for a day I'd probably make some kind of high-level council staffed by parents groups, scientists, and industry reps to regularly meet with high level Department of Education personnel, up to and including the Secretary.

It's missing corporal punishment. If the parents are not correcting their child's shitty personality, then the teachers should.
I blame modern psychology and it’s anti spanking nonsense. We can’t “traumatize” the little savages and so we have to placate them and bullshit “intervene”.

A severe beating would set many an erring child a right.

Did you know that in many modern American schools, students can not be punished in any way? Even for outright criminal behavior?

Do you know why this is? It’s because of niggers and the belief the little beasts have to be coddled and nurtured.

Like, spanking a student’s bare bottom would inculcate submission and obedience. Discipline in the public school system as completely collapsed.

I can't say in general about the educational system in the whole USA, but I'm a four-year student and can say that the educational process in my university is not perfect. I don't want to say that it's bad, not at all; I get a lot of quality and valuable info and skills. I love my professors, but I have questions about the tasks we get somethimes and their amount. Now I don't have time for something, because all my time is dedicated to studying. And it's not right. Somethimes, when I don't have enough time, I use professional help. If you need such assistance, for example, with research papers, you can Go here and easily receive it. I know a lot of students, from my group and from others, who do the same thing. And there is nothing terrible about it. There are only 24 hours a day, and we all have life, not the only university, so it would be great to make such changes and reduce the number of tasks because some of them aren't useful and don't help to improve skills.

Dude, even the majority white schools are complete circuses. I oughtta know, I went to 'em. They were never the same after No Child Left Behind and the Lotto systems.

Churning out unquestioning proletariat masses that specialize in one field. So much of education today is just reminding kids that they don't know shit about anything and the only way forward is specialization. It's why we're in this global climate of listen to the experts. It's why new generations want a nanny government. The public education system trains kids to keep their heads down and get work done without asking questions. While it may not be a clear or established goal of the public education system, it's a convenient and useful outcome for today's rising political agendas. If nothing else, the public education system is used to espouse Leftist rhetoric and peddle "acceptable views" to create the optimally socially obedient individual.

Public education aims to remove the spine of the individual.

Okay, so they know what the purpose of education is, they just don't want to say the quiet part out loud.

Personally, my least favorite part of high school was the superficiality. There were definitely some genuine teachers, essay writers and other people at my school, and there were times my class came together to support something important and bigger than ourselves. Most of the time though it seemed as if we were focused on superficial things. We all wanted to fit in, and I think that leads a lot of people to lose pieces of their personality. A lot of hurtful things are said in high school by people who are insecure themselves. This doesn’t just go away after high school, but I found it to be less widespread at my university and now in my career.
