Any idea where this clampets based? I'd like to adjust my GPS to avoid his town at all costs.

He's been all over the UK. I've seen mentions of Shrewsbury, Stoke, that church in the pic below is in Wolverhampton (but scarily when I tried to reverse Google search it it brought up Church Gardens in Bolton which would be unsettlingly close to me, luckily it also brought up his article and it divulged the info) and he apparently lives in Telford.

Funny thing is, a lot of these places aren't exactly known for liberal tendencies regarding gender politics. My first guess would have been Brighton or somewhere in West London.

Now that you mention it it does seem odd, so I'm guessing when he's traveld to those places it's possibly be some form of "protest" i.e. show up and freak out the locals, an your dead on the money he wouldn't even turn heads in Brighton.

Hell even Blackpool would pay no mind to him!

I think I'm going to set up a pool for which former industrial town he'll turn up in and get his arse handed to him/told to fuck off.

My guess is Middlesborough.

Yea Blackpool as well the hidden shame of the north, a few years ago I was up there in the middle of winter late at night and saw a Guy walking around in a leather waistcoat, posing pouch, assless chaps and cowboy boots, he had the same kind of waistline as Phil (equatorial), i got into my car and drove away.

That sounds about right, I went there a couple of years ago myself with a couple of friends during that massive heatwave we had and the stipulation for going was 'We leave before the crazies turn up'. We got on the train just as the guys dressed as fairies got off.

Good Plan, It's a shame Blackpool had ended up that way back in the early 90's it was a decent place to go for a family day out to the rides / lights but already visibly suffering the rot. Now it's just a shady dump where anything goes hoping for it's days of glory to return and they pinned everything on the hopes of the Super Casino that flopped but they never really stood a realistic chance of getting and kinda seems resigned to it's fate.

True, I know some one who once described the UK as the "Wales of Europe" you only go there when you can't afford anything better or fancy mind numbingly banal tourist attractions, it doesn't help we only really have one kind of weather here as well.

Depends on your interests really. If you love your medieval history or football or something then you'll probably like it as a foreigner. There must be some reason why Americans and the Japanese love coming here.
